Roberto was the team leader who rebuilt our water heater system. This included not just replacement of an old water heater but rebuilding the platform for it as well as a second adjacent water heater so that both are now correctly strapped and conform to SF earthquake safety code. This was an all day installation…
FlowMasters is THE BEST at what they do. Responsive, friendly, reasonably priced, and they've done fantastic work every time we've used them.
FMP addressed several items on the Inspection Report. I am happy with the results & plan to call them again. Thank you to Sebastian, Oisin, & FMP team!
Flowmasters is an excellent plumbing and HVAC company. Miguel the HVAC technician is excellent. He was able to diagnose and repair my furnace in my attic in a hard to get to location. He is very knowledgeable and thotough. Overall FlowMasters has excellent plumbers and HVAC techs.
Very responsive and customer focused, Great Company. Alberto knows his stuff and he's easy to work with.
The tech seemed confused on how to handle the job (said they mainly do small repairs). On his way out he drove over my lavendar bush (it survived). Never followed up with an actual quote despite promising one soon. Big waste of my time. Would not recommend for complex jobs or generally due to lack of…
Cristian and Jose replaced our tankless water heater and did a fantastic job! They arrived promptly and were extremely kind, polite, and professional during the installation. Both of them went above and beyond the call of duty and we would definitely use their services again!
Technicians were knowledgable and efficient. Work was completed in the time frame given. Also very professional and courteous.
Prompt, courteous, professional service at a reasonable price
I use FMP for my home and for my clients that own industrial and office property.
Flow Masters did a great job coming up with a solution for our radiant heat and hot water at the faucet problems. Alberto and his team were extremely thoughtful, professional and tidy while in my home for 3 days. They may cost a bit more, though totally worth it for the workmanship and peace of mind knowing their work quality.
Easy to work with, always punctual. Willing to explain how my system works. I recommend as an honest and good plumber. Plus they had my hot water back in action within a day
Jose, Jonathan, and Alberto were all fantastic to work with, and did an amazing job installing a replacement heat-pump hot water tank for my home. Super professional with great customer service. The new tank with copper piping looked great, and they left with the area immaculate. Great job!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Flow Masters Plumbing. They are the BEST plumbing company I've worked with - communication is key and they excel at it. Punctual, patient, thorough, friendly and efficient. I don't have to worry when I have them onsite (at our apartment building) as I know they'll handle the job thoroughly and make sure everything is up to code.

I noticed our tankless water heater was leaking at 345 pm yesterday. Conner from flow masters was at our house by 4:15. The tank needed to be replaced after many years and parts were no longer available. Conner arranged for his guys to changed the tankless water heater today. And the job is done. He is…
Flow Masters installed a high-efficiency combi-boiler to serve both hydronic heating and domestic hot water, neatly done to replace older equipment. One-year service just performed as recommended. I highly recommend Flow Masters as hydronic specialists.

Couldn't ask for a better group of people.
My htp Phoenix high efficiency water heater stopped working at the start of the cold snap, disabling my underfloor radiant heat and household hot water. Tired of service techs that did not know about my equipment, I contacted the manufacturer, which put me in touch with the regional sales distributor. Steve at…
