I had boiler problems and worked with Steve and Joe. They got me a same-day appointment and fixed my problems. Great communication and professionalism all around from confirming the appointment to letting me know everything was done. I wouldn't hesitate to use Flow Star again.

The first time we used Flow Star, we were impressed with the professionalism, courtesy, and expertise of this company and especially our service provider, Jared. The second time we called, we had an emergency: no heat on Sunday morning. Someone came out, said he thought we needed to clear the snow from the roof…

I can’t say enough positive things about Kurdel and his company. I’ve sent 4 or 5 of my clients to kurdel now for HVAC as well as general contracting services and his customer service and quality of work has been AMAZING. The company responded the same day. Matini showed up and took care my boiler repair the same day and provided great service. Great customer service skills!
