He also repaired our thermostat and did annual heating maintenance. He was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We worked with Steve on the proposal for our six condos for one Moen Flo water shutoff for each condo. The pricing was fair and the results were over the top! Flow Star sent Jared, Adrian and one other gentleman who all worked nonstop in crafting a work of copper plumbing art for each of our condos. They were all tremendous from the start to the finished product. They are our complex “go to” from this point forward!

I needed my boiler repaired, I called all of the plumbing companies I could think of, that I heard did good work. All of them were too busy, or wanted to charge $600 per hour and up for after hours work. I called Flow Star and talked to a very nice receptionist who listened and took my info and needs. She said she would see what she could do. I called another company with no luck. Then Flow Star called back and I talked to a gentleman who told me a serviceman would be there between 1-4, that SAME DAY!!! I was amazed. A man called and said he would be there in 15 minutes. His name was Marco. He assessed and fixed my circulation pump quickly and efficiently. I was so impressed with this company!! The two personnel I talked to from the office both asked if I had heat. No matter it was at the end of August, with no cold conditions. They cared enough about our comfort to get someone there ASAP.
I’m sorry this was so long, but I am VERY IMPRESSED WITH THEIR CARE AND SERVICE!!!!!!! We will only use Flow Star for our plumbing needs. Plus the invoice we paid had NO additional extra charges on it. Very, very reasonable pricing!!!! Very grateful and amazed…..

We needed on one of our HoA Units a new Sump Pump Pit installed in the crawlspace, to correct the many mistakes the different company had done previously. Including the old pit was too shallow.
Flow Star Plumbing was fantastic! The new Sump Pit is the proper depth, location, and discharge method. This is going a long way to keeping the crawl-space dry and not having flooding issues.
We will definitely be keeping them in mind for any future Plumbing or Sump Pump work needed.

My 26 year old furnace finally decided it was done being a furnace. Flowstar was fantastic in getting a recommendation for a new one and processing the request from my home warranty. I had a new furnace within the week and it works wonderfully. The whole staff there is so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!!!!
