Flow Star Plumbing and Heating LLC

Flowstar....can't say enough good things about this crew. Everything we have gotten done with them is done right, done quickly, and gives us that piece of mind that it will last. Great employees, and a great owner. 5 stars all day long!!!

Flowstar did a great job with the plumbing portion of my bath remodel. They were able to order a toilet that none of the big boxes could get. They relocated the water line to accommodate the new toilet, and installed it perfectly. I've also had them run a new waterline to my new fridge. Flowstar's staff was very… Read full review

Cantrell with Flow Star was OUTSTANDING. My heat went out for several days causing all my pipes to freeze. He showed up on time (always called ahead of time to let me know he was on the way), was professional and courteous, and expertly tracked down and repaired more than 20 burst pipes. He also replaced a cracked… Read full review

Flowstar has my vote! Excellent service. They were very patient and thorough in explaining the issue and made sure I understood my options without any pressure to upsell. It’s refreshing to work with a company that values honesty and professionalism. I would absolutely use them again.

This is the company you need to call for your plumbing needs. There is no doubt about it. I have had them come 4 different times for different problems with my house that is over 40 years old. Their work is superior to other plumbing companies with a more reasonable cost. Plumbing problem? Call Flow Star. Thank you Steve! Thank you Jake!

100% there for the customer. They were the best/easiest part of dealing with an insurance claim. Will work with them again, and recommend to anyone else.

I had a bulging ceiling and an unknown leak. I called and got very quick service. Joe was a complete professional and even gave some future prepping tips, knowledge, and a company to help with repairs. They turned a stressful situation into a manageable one. I will definitely be using Flow Star again!

A couple of things: 1. They call you back when you leave a message! 2. They show up when they say they will (and call before)! 3. Work is done well and for a reasonable price. 4. They have some interesting tools for copper work... I wish I could justify the price to buy one! It's unfortunate I have to bring up points #1 and #2 but it's Alaska...

Flow Star has been amazing for us. Sean was able to help us out quickly several times recently with replacing corroded valves, installing a new toilet, and fixing a leak in a pipe. Steve, Sean, and Kurdel were responsive, professional, super helpful, and really went out of their way to help us when we needed them.… Read full review

I can’t say enough positive things about Kurdel and his company. I’ve sent 4 or 5 of my clients to kurdel now for HVAC as well as general contracting services and his customer service and quality of work has been AMAZING. Extremely profession, high work ethics and moral, and I trust him 1000% with my clients as well as my own properties.

There are three individuals I want to honor in my little quest to fix my piping in my place. First some backstory: house built in the late 70s-early 80s had the original copper on a specific run for domestic potable water and heating lines as well, all the pipes were run very close together which resulted in… Read full review

We recommend anyone who needs plumbing/heating work done to call FlowStar, they're awesome!

What started as price shopping at Lowe's, turned into a great experience with our new plumbing and heating service provider! From start to finish Flowstar is one of the best repair companies I have worked with in the Anchorage area in over thirty years! They handled our warranty paperwork, explained and discussed… Read full review

Very happy with their service, both on the phone, & with Tino (Tilo?), the service tech, who came out to replace a corroded copper line. Very thankful they called back, as I spent the morning calling numerous companies needing the leak fixed asap. I will use them again for any further plumbing needs. Grazie Flow Star!👍😊

We had water from our kitchen sink leaking through the sealing of the downstairs bedroom. Turns out it was a defect during manufacturing of the pipes installed when the house was built. Kurdel was very knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the problem right away and got the pipes replaced very quickly with no… Read full review

I was referred to flow-star by a friend of a friend. They were very quick in responding to all levels of how a business should operate. That being responding quickly to your call/showing up to evaluate issue/setting a timely appointment to fix the issue. I couldn’t of been more impressed with the quality of class… Read full review

First time using this company and I was very impressed. The technician called 30 minutes prior as requested, showed up on time, and repaired my leaking cold water line quickly. A far better experience than I’ve had with the “big name” heating and plumbing companies.

Hired them to delete some gas lines and fix a drain clog. Gas lines out great. Couldn't reach the drain clog with their snake, and said they were going to come back out and access the clog from a closer section of the pipe (it was at 12' down the pipe). I know that they don't typically do drain clogs but they had… Read full review
