This is the company you need to call for your plumbing needs. There is no doubt about it. I have had them come 4 different times for different problems with my house that is over 40 years old. I had a bulging ceiling and an unknown leak. I called and got very quick service. Joe was a complete professional and even gave some future prepping tips, knowledge, and a company to help with repairs. They turned a stressful situation into a manageable one. I will definitely be using Flow Star again!

A couple of things: 1. They call you back when you leave a message! 2. They show up when they say they will (and call before)! 3. Work is done well and for a reasonable price. 4. They have some interesting tools for copper work... I wish I could justify the price to buy one! It's unfortunate I have to bring up points #1 and #2 but it's Alaska...

I can’t say enough positive things about Kurdel and his company. I’ve sent 4 or 5 of my clients to kurdel now for HVAC as well as general contracting services and his customer service and quality of work has been AMAZING. First time using this company and I was very impressed. The technician called 30 minutes prior as requested, showed up on time, and repaired my leaking cold water line quickly. A far better experience than I’ve had with the “big name” heating and plumbing companies.

Hired them to delete some gas lines and fix a drain clog. Gas lines out great. Couldn't reach the drain clog with their snake, and said they were going to come back out and access the clog from a closer section of the pipe (it was at 12' down the pipe). These guys are absolutely amazing, they’re extremely responsive and professional. Prices are great and they don’t try to upcharge or fix things that don’t need fixing. I’m a landlord with multiple properties in south central alaska and Flow Star will be my first call for anything water related in the future. Can’t say enough good things!
