Just wanted to join a yoga class with my father in law when he was visiting Austin. We loved the studio, our teacher Jazmin and the fact that the prices were so affordable! I will be back when my family's in town :)
Low quality class plus upsell pressure to purchase a subscription! This is like the planet fitness of yoga, in that they're making most of their money from people who don't show up!
Great studio, amazing teachers and such a welcoming environment. All the teachers bring their own approaches and there's always a new and interesting challenge to overcome. I have a great time in all the classes and always look forward to joining when I can.
Briana is amazing, super sweet and teaches a good class. It was the first time doing a beginner yoga that was actually beginner friendly for me. Unfortunately I don’t live close enough to justify the price. I took off a few stars because the site constantly crashes and it’s hard to sign up for the classes, then to…
Obsessed with everything about this place: staff are wonderful, class was atmospheric and transcendent, parking is accessible, and above all - the space feels warm and cozy. However, it’s too good to be true- there was an influencer with full iphone tripod and microphone setup in a yin class 💔 I personally can’t…
Flow Yoga North Loop has an amazing group of teachers and wide variety of class options for whatever vibe you’re looking for. The studio is very organized and well run. It’s great to have them in the neighborhood and I’m so exciting to be joining this community!
I had a great yoga class here, lead by Taylor C. All necessary props were available for free, as well as the option to bring your own. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The studio was spacious, and there was plenty of parking available. I will definitely be returning in the future!
I participated in 2 different classes taught by Taylor Cook. They were wonderful. The studio was beautiful, comfortable and very well equipped. Taylor led us in a very relaxing sound bath that was a joyride for the mind, soul and ears. Preceded by a challenging yet gentle yoga class that was a good fit for beginners to advanced practitioners.
As someone newer to practicing yoga, I appreciate the inclusive atmosphere and variety of classes they offer at Flow (the North Loop location). It's a chill place with good vibes. In addition to traditional flow exercise classes, there are classes focused on mobility, relaxation, and sound baths. The instructors…
I joined Flow Yoga with their 30-day new-student unlimited special. I love it. Great variety of classes, they run all day long. There are multiple studios to choose from- but the North Loop location works amazing for me. I think the $100/month price is really good if you use it daily like I do.
Very welcoming. Wide range of classes. No charge for mat rental. The tea is excellent so don’t miss it after class.
Flow Yoga is such a lovely studio! I’ve been attending weekly for the past few months and love the peaceful atmosphere and kind teachers. It’s such a welcoming place for someone getting back into their practice after a few years off - lots of accommodations and reminders to not push yourself. Highly recommend!
lovely studios. thoughtful, experienced and mindful teachers. flow yoga offered a free week unlimited and i took several classes at multiple studios. all top notch. most definitely for all levels of practitioners. warm tea w/fellow yogis post class is icing on a delish cake.
I joined Flow a little over a month ago and I have been loving every class I've taken! The instructors do such a great job at creating a welcoming and inclusive space, no matter what your experience level is. A special shoutout to Bri, her instructions and flow sequences are thoughtfully planned and I have already…
Not what it used to be. After having loved you Your Yoga for years I finally made my way back to what is now Flow Yoga. I paid the $30 introductory unlimited fee and strained my knee on the first class. The instructor never asked if anybody had injuries at the beginning. Nor did they offer modifications. They did…
Love these studios! I mostly go to the Northgate location but the instructors are amazing and approachable. Good vibes all around!
I have been going to Flow for a little over a month and absolutely love it! The space, the staff and the instructors are always so welcoming, calming and really make the everyday stress melt away. I love that there are so many instructors and class options, truly something for everyone. So grateful to have found this place!
Flow yoga has become my favorite yoga studio in Austin. I love the welcoming environment and easy to follow classes that are nurturing and soothing to the body and soul.
I took advantage of their $30 for a month of unlimited classes offer and got hooked. It's been 10+ years since I last did yoga regularly and the Hatha classes they offer are just right for both my level of ability and fitness at this "later middle aged-stage" of my life in order to get me started up again. Plus…
I love yoga and gave this studio an honest try, but it ultimately wasn’t a fit for me. The biggest issue was class labeling. Classes advertised as “hot” were not heated (or heated by one space heater in a cavernous room), and “flow” classes sometimes involved very little continuous movement—we never actually…
Great classes. I really enjoy the flow class led by Bri. She has a different theme each month (twists; heart openers; etc) which seems to time with exactly what my body needs. Highly recommend!
Great studio, airy and clean. Excellent hatha, flow, vinyasa classes.
Love the vibe of the studio and few of the classes/instructors I regularly attend to!
Lovely studio with a range of classes and special events! They offer lots of heated and non-heated class options and also have meditative styles like kundalini and relaxation classes. There is a nice community feel and regulars so you can create a yoga community. Really affordable as well!
I practiced yoga at work, but I needed a great place to continue my practice and join a community after I retired. I'm really enjoying my first month at Flow Yoga North Loop. Great classes, friendly people, and a beautiful studio interior. Don't judge the place by the strip mall where it is located. Go inside, take a look, and try a class.
