Google reviewers praise Flow Yoga Cedar Park for its diverse class schedule, knowledgeable instructors, and welcoming community atmosphere, noting that the studio accommodates various fitness levels and offers convenient timing. However, low-star feedback highlights significant issues with billing practices, including unauthorized recurring charges and unresponsive customer service. Additional criticisms mention overcrowded classes, hygiene concerns regarding shared equipment, and a perception that the studio prioritizes commercial interests over authentic yoga practice.

I signed up for $30 for 30 days. I didn’t renew the membership. They charged me $59.59 the following month without my authorization and I have tried to contact for months and sent emails since August and no one has tried to correct this major problem and have ignored my emails. Will not return here their billing is unethical.

Predatory pricing on teacher trainings, instructors who lack transparency - it’s giving used car salesman dressed in white. It’s also been a week - where is my refund?!

I cancelled my membership 5 months ago and they continue to bill me. There’s no customer service email and everything is managed by an AI bot which doesn’t get you anywhere. Really unfortunate.

I have been going to Flow Yoga for a few months now and I absolutely love it! There is a great variety of classes, some being very challenging workouts and others being so peaceful and restorative. All the instructors I’ve taken classes from have been so kind and very knowledgeable.

I love the free community events that are held here. It makes yoga more accessible for all! I attended an amazing class taught by Jodie W. She was so kind, informative, and led with an open heart. I truly felt the Kundalini energy guided by her presence. I would love to come back again for more classes with Jodie :)

If you are looking for an authentic Eastern yoga practice rooted in mindfulness, breath-to-movement synchronization, and spiritual lineage, look elsewhere. As someone who has taken every single class at this studio a few times over, I can confidently say that Flow Yoga Cedar Park is the definition of "McYoga." This is a commercialized corporate workout masquerading as yoga. The classes are completely stripped of Eastern spiritual teachings, philosophy, and meditative practice. There is zero meditation or mindful pausing between poses. Instead, the instructors rush and jump from one pose to another without any foundational practice, proper sequencing, or breath synchronization. The teaching quality lacks any deep understanding of traditional yoga. Instructors say culturally mismatched things like "peace be to you in Valhalla" rather than honoring true yogic roots. Furthermore, the studio lacks true personalization; instructors rigidly insist that everyone use blocks and handicaps, rather than teaching authentic alignment and letting students connect with their own bodies. This studio is optimized to process a high volume of consumers looking for a sweaty, Westernized workout. If you want a corporate fitness class, you might enjoy it. But if you value authentic Eastern teachings, mindfulness, and a true mind-body practice, save your money and support an independent, traditional studio instead.
