Easily scheduled oil change & tire rotation. Vehicle was serviced in a timely manner as scheduled. I was notified of an open recall on the vehicle. Later I scheduled the recall repair. The recall repair was completed much quicker than estimated and I was kept notified of it's status all through the process.…
Ford of Columbia and Ben provide professional and courteous service!
They did an okay job on the oil change only recommended services based on mileage not quality of fluid or filters with recommendations. Also on the oil change the tech was careless and damaged one of my wheels pretty bad with his/her socket.
Always good customer service especially by Christian!
Great Experience and Knowledgeable Staff! I was in and out in no time at all. Very comfortable waiting area!
They have done my service for several years. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fast, convenient and super friendly service. Thank you to Amber
Got me right in at my appt time, kept me updated on what the findings were, made sure I knew what I was paying before the work was done and finished quickly and efficiently. Only wish a courtesy wash of the car could have been done.
Service advisor was excellent. Facility was very nice to wait and stay. Their service was very good.

I have been dealing with Sloan Ford since 1999 and with Ford of Columbia when they took over. I've got good service from both and still do. They work hard to keep your investment running smooth with their great people and services. Thank you. Dave
