I live very close to another Ford dealer but drive 25 miles away to Ford of Columbia's shop. Their service has always been far better in my case from other dealers I have gone to. Everyone was nice and seemed willing to help but my lane keeping function was only slightly improved. This is the second dealer I brought it to. Long Lewis of the shoals had it 3 times for this problem.
