Ford of Columbia has the best Ford dealership service department that I have visited. They are very responsive and proactive. I have to drive extra to get to them but it has been worth the effort. I will continue to make the drive from Franklin when I need service on my F150.

I had a problem with my Ford Escape. The transmission was tore up and they replaced it. They were very informative for each step. They were able to keep me informed all the way through and also took care of billing my warranty for the cost. So easy. And Ben, thank you for answering and putting up with all my questions.
