On the day of the work the company showed up and indicated that the quoted amount for the project wasn't sufficient and pointed out some obstacles that weren't originally considered in their quote. It was at that point that the company doubled the price. We agreed that wasn't an option. On a bright note, the company was polite about the situation and refunded the deposit.

The scope of work for your job was severely underestimated on a labor, equipment, and pricing standpoints. If I could give Forshee's Tree Service 10 stars, I would. From the initial contact to the end of the job the crew was highly professional. It was evident that the crew was well trained on their equipment, their jobs, and they always maintained strong safety controls to ensure their safety, as well as my properties'. I live in a historic district, which meant the city was on site, James, the foremen, was able to clearly explain the scope of the work that needed to be done and why it needed to be done on each individual tree to the officials. They left satisfied and gave him the green light to immediately proceed with the project. My property was left clean and debris free at the end of the project. On a note to the character of the crew members. You did not hear any foul language or inappropriate conversations, they all exhibited good southern manners. They were all gentlemen. A true breath of fresh air. Do not hesitate to call Forshee's for quality tree work.

He looked at the tree I explained to him with all was going on and I explain to him the guy before him that came out and gave a quote of $1,000 said he could do it very easily for that and when I told him that he literally laughed in my face like the idiot he looked like and just started walking back to his truck? Now I can see why he can drive around expensive trucks cuz this company is obviously way overcharging you for your tree service needs I would avoid them at all costs there's plenty of good people out there that will treat you fairly and do your good job.

Used them for two jobs back to back. First was to remove two trees near the foundation of my house. Lyle came out promptly and gave me a no nonsense and factual evaluation of not only what we should do regarding the trees but also gave insight into other potential problem trees in the back yard. The team came out on time, worked quickly, and did a great job. The wife and I were so impressed we had them come back out about a week later to remove the problem trees in the back yard. Highly recommend these guys as professional, caring, and efficient tree “guys”.
