Though I was not home when Ryan with Forterra Pest Control came by, I was informed of his expected arrival time and was able to see he was timely (based on my security cameras). Once complete, I received the report via email rather quickly, which I appreciate. Another great service was performed.

Cobie did a great job! He was punctual and explained what he was doing in great detail. He answered questions I had and made sure to explain that if there were any concerns at all between regular treatments to let them know and they will come right out to help.
