As with all moving companies, they charge an hour ride time. The lady explained this over the phone and I understood that. She and I thoroughly went over this and discussed at length the time involved and she provided me the quote with a minimum of 4 hours. Although it only took them 30 minutes to our location and 30 minutes back they charged us 2 hours ride time..... over $200. These guys did do a good job and I appreciate the fact that they were so helpful. Due to fact that I was told one thing and after the job was completed charged another I won't be calling these guys to do another job.

We would have preferred you calling or coming to the office with the concern of your charges so that we could have went over the with you. We have a 4 hour minimum on any hourly rate we go by, you chose the hourly rate of $115.00 per hour for 2 men/truck/fuel, with an hour travel time charged total. So based on what you went with the 4 hour minimum would have been $460.00. You claim we charged you over $200.00 more than was suppose to be charged, but your bill was $575.00. I am sorry you feel the way that you do, but any charge over the minimum was $115.00. I do recall the men really doing a great job to stay within a timely manor so that you were pleased. We did pull up your origin and destination travel times from Rainbow city sales office. We did not want to post the screen shot of google maps on here for your privacy. It was 47 minutes without traffic back to office and and 51 minutes to your residence. Hope this answers any outstanding questions and hope you have a great day!
