The instructors make you feel genuinely welcome, and that kindness extends to everyone who walks through the door. Carol and the other incredible instructors have created such a peaceful, calming atmosphere, and truly care about their students. They take the time to offer guidance, help with your form, and make sure you’re getting the most out of your practice without ever making you feel intimidated. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, this is one of those places where you instantly feel like you belong. I’m so grateful I found this studio and can’t recommend it enough.

I have been attending Carol Ibex's H.I.I.T. class on Monday mornings for the last few weeks. It's particularly good for me as it incorporates weights, fitness, and yoga stretching. I sometimes make adjustments as some of the movements are challenging. I keep coming back because Carol makes weights fun! If you need to add weights to your practice and want it to be fun, try this class. I always leave with a smile on my face and feeling strong.
