Don’t use Fox Pest Control. They are not a local company. You can never call them directly and only get a call center in Utah. My kitchen suddenly had a big ant infestation this week, so I immediately called Fox Pest Control. Mason arrived at my home within 2 hours, assessed the situation, and treated both inside and outside the house. By that evening the ant problem was gone! I am amazed and, of course, a very happy customer!! Thank you, Mason!!!

The tech did a good job and treated all of the areas I was concerned with.

Tech was on time, very polite and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions and addressed all of my concerns. So far so good.

Sosa came to my house within the time window we were given and answered all of my questions prior to starting our service. We haven’t had any ants since he treated our house. We plan on having him back to spray our yard for mosquitos. Great service and knowledgeable staff!

Both of the Techs Xavier and Harrison were very personable and did a great job taking care of the required pest control activities in and around our home. Fox Pest Control services have done a good job and worth engaging them to take care of regular ongoing pest control activities.

My darling son bought a trailer and brought it home along with ants! We had just had our quarterly visit from Fox Pest when we realized we now had ants! I called them, they came and took care of the problem, free of charge! You don’t have customer service like that anymore!

Dalton was prompt, courteous and professional. He performed a comprehensive inspection of the property and pointed out steps we could take to prevent future infestations. I actually appreciated the door-to-door sales strategy. This task was among many things on my to-do list and the visit by the salesperson prompted me to get it started.

Fox has always been very responsive and accommodating with appointments and any additional visits required due to unexpected 'visitors'. I've been with them on their quarterly plan for multiple years now and would recommend them.
