Fox Pest Control Acton

We recently had a football-size wasp nest show up on a front yard bush. When Mason came by for our regular exterior pest inspection and treatment, I told him about the nest. He then quickly and professionally removed the nest and took it with him.

The technician did a great job.

Kurt was very knowledge and explained everything in detail. He is an asset to the Fox Company.

Fox has been very prompt and reliable. The service tech was quite informative and personable.

Jay was very knowledgeable, professional, respectful and personable. He was also extremely thorough. He thoroughly checked the interior areas I pointed out to him, due to ongoing mice issues. He also sprayed the exterior of the house, and tended to the lawn with insect product. Jay checked with me upon arriving… Read full review

Mikhail was very thorough treating my property. We had a massive invasion of stink bugs which he immediately went to work to eliminate. Mikhail went above and beyond going into the attic to spread dust to keep the insects from entering the house as well as treating the entire perimeter of our home and property. I… Read full review

Very positive experience! Happy with the service they have provided so far given the fact that I live near the ocean and had a serious problem with rodents. So far Fox has been on target in containing the spread of rodents in and around the area of my home. Only problem is when a different tech. shows up as I get… Read full review

Tick and mosquito treatment has been great. Sign up was simple. Communication before treatment by text is very helpful to remind me so I can let my dog out beforehand.

I want to thank your group again for all they do. We have not had a problem at all since you started. Tonight I was out at dusk weed wacking my lawn and was very pleasantly surprised that I didn't have one bug come after me. I don't have a working lawnmower so I can only do so much each time with the weed wacker,… Read full review

Harrison G. was right on time for the appointment, was courteous and professional. He addressed all my requirements to satisfaction, reviewed respectfully some areas of concern, leaving a quite positive impression of his & Fox capabilities. Appreciated, Paul

We always get great service. Hard worker, goes above and beyond. He is able to explain what he is using and doing. Never rushes. Great representative of the company.

Although I wasn’t home when Alexander came he left a detailed account of what he did. I saw him on my Ring camera doing the work. I’m very impressed with the company as I did meet them a few months ago No complaints. Professional & courteous

What I have learned from living in a house surrounded by woods is this: from the ants, carpenter bees, stink beetle... You name it, they want to live in wet wood. Homes age, roofs age and water finds its way, and so do the pests. The Fox quarterly treatment is the only program I have found that works to prevent costly damage.

Good job on all that was done but what about the wasp nest that I had asked to be taken care of?

They’re very attentive and responsive! You get exactly what you pay for with professionalism and results. I’ve had multiple carpenter bees, and a big roach problem which they have tackled and I am more than satisfied with how everything has been handled. David E has been our main technician, very… Read full review
