Bernard was friendly, professional, and efficient. Very nice person.
I want to thank your group again for all they do. We have not had a problem at all since you started. Tonight I was out at dusk weed wacking my lawn and was very pleasantly surprised that I didn't have one bug come after me. I don't have a working lawnmower so I can only do so much each time with the weed wacker,…
Although I wasn’t home when Alexander came he left a detailed account of what he did. I saw him on my Ring camera doing the work. I’m very impressed with the company as I did meet them a few months ago No complaints. Professional & courteous
Very helpful. Explained services being applied. Friendly and polite. Great technician!
Alex Osorio is amazing. He is knowledgable, respectful, kind, prompt and professional. I am very happy to have him service my home and yard.
Arren was very polite and informative. Highly recommend. He did a good job on the property and was a pleasure to talk to.
My technician Arren was fantastic. Very professional, knowledgeable, and just a genuine guy who cares about the job he did. He gets 5 stars. However, the person who sold me the service told both my wife and I the Fox Service would take care of grubs in our lawn. We spent quite a bit of time talking about it. It was…
Our technician Kieran was very kind and informative. We have dogs and he made sure to tell me how long I should keep them in after the treatment. It was Kieran first time at our property and he made sure to ask me where our property ends.
Well informed and after having exterminators come out to try and deal with my issue for over 6 months now he w a s the first person to point out several things I was doing in addition the Fox that I thought would be helpful but in reality did the exact opposite. Feedback was eye opening and I hoping this next time…
Carlos was very professional, helpful, and really nice. He answered all questions and concerns we had.
The technicians Dalton and Asher were very professional and thorough. I was in my driveway when they showed up and they immediately came over and introduced themselves. They explained the treatment that they were going to do and asked if I had any problems or concerns. They took care of everything. Before I started…
Michael Culon arrived promptly to perform both my indoor and outdoor services. He explained what services he was providing and asked if I had any areas of concern. He took my feedback and began providing the services. Michael was very professional, friendly, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. I am on an annual…
I had the pleasure of working with Michael from Fox Pest Control, and I can’t speak highly enough of him! From start to finish, he was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to thoroughly assess the situation, explained everything in detail, and made sure all of my concerns…
Excellent, knowledgable, and speedy service. I've had other pest control services before, but I love the customer service and care of Fox Pest the best. Quarterly they take care of the inside and outside of my house for pests such as mice and ants. I love their monthly summer service with use of natural products…
Mike was thorough and knows his stuff.
My technician, Eric, was fantastic. Careful, thorough, and completely professional.

Michael was very professional, courteous and prompt. Very satisfied with his service today! Thank you Fox Pest Control!
Came to address targeted mice issue in shed. Did good job, but lack of communication with technician (Avery) who came up with plan of attack on how to proceed. Need to assure AVery's plan is known to any who came to my home. Dan Babbitt
Was able to get a combo deal that included all the services for reasonable rate. Xavier was great!
