My tech guy, Ben, was very good at explaining what he was going to do to help with specific areas of my house. Attic, garage, and along the outside of the house. All of these areas had visible issues with pests. Since the treatment, I have not seen additional problems with the pests, especially the carpenter ants.

I had an issue between scheduled visits where some bugs were showing up. They came out right away and sprayed for them. No issues since. This was a promise they made when I signed up (to make additional visits in case there was a bug flare up) so it was good to see them follow through without any hassle. Great job!
