We always get great service. Hard worker, goes above and beyond. He is able to explain what he is using and doing. Never rushes. Great representative of the company.

Although I wasn’t home when Alexander came he left a detailed account of what he did. I saw him on my Ring camera doing the work. I’m very impressed with the company as I did meet them a few months ago No complaints. Professional & courteous

Very professional Ron King is extremely knowledgeable and very thorough I consider him a friend now . Fox is very fortunate to have him

Russell did an excellent job. He was very professional and polite.

What I have learned from living in a house surrounded by woods is this: from the ants, carpenter bees, stink beetle... You name it, they want to live in wet wood. Homes age, roofs age and water finds its way, and so do the pests. The Fox quarterly treatment is the only program I have found that works to prevent costly damage.

Good job on all that was done but what about the wasp nest that I had asked to be taken care of?

Russell called me on his arrival by 4 PM. Then he arrived on time and checked all the mice box traps and filled them in some of them. There were no evidence of any eaten of the lures. Both my garage and outside basements were cleared of any rodents. He also checked the 2 trap boxes outside before leaving.

Russell was Professional and responsive. Received nothing but good service.from every single Fox employee. who I have worked with through Fox, pest control has been professional , kind and well knowledgeable. It appears that their employees must be good because they all seem very happy and like their job.

Scott did an amazing job and was very thorough. Great personality and answered any questions I had. He explained everything he did for us with the applicants and we can’t be happier with the service!

Very fast, efficient and knowledgeable. They do a great job.

Russ was on time and did a great job explaining the source of our bug issue. Had my initial treatment. technician was very informative and helpful with advice on protecting my property. highly recommended.

This company has been to my house 3 times this year to spray for ticks and mosquitoes. So I called and was told there was some misunderstanding and they… Read full review

Love Fox! All the Exterminator Specialists are top notch! Especially Eric! He goes the extra mile. Professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He is not satisfied unless you are!

My technician Arren was fantastic. Very professional, knowledgeable, and just a genuine guy who cares about the job he did. He gets 5 stars. However, the person who sold me the service told both my wife and I the Fox Service would take care of grubs in our lawn. We spent quite a bit of time talking about it. It was… Read full review

Excellent service and great technician (Scott)!

Very professional. Appeared to do a good job in checking for any new mouse infestiation.

Both of the Techs Xavier and Harrison were very personable and did a great job taking care of the required pest control activities in and around our home. Fox Pest Control services have done a good job and worth engaging them to take care of regular ongoing pest control activities.

Russell knows our property and the past issues. He went right after the problem areas and explained what treatments he performed today. Good guy.

Eric always very friendly, asking about any issues and informing me as to what he is doing on a given day. I think he actually cares about the service he is providing - many don't...

Very detailed and thorough with his work. Explanations were excellent. I would like to be provided with a better window of time. I had to set aside 6 hours for his arrival and didn't receive a message until after three hours that he would be there in another hour or so. I could have used that time for myself as… Read full review

Always, prompt, thorough and professional. Quick to respond to any need or additional service you might request.

I love the hard work of this team. Very friendly. This is the first time I have seen a company that actually delivers what it promises.

James was great and friendly when coming into my home to do the mice inspection. He checked bait stations and made sure they were full.

The service technician, Steve, was great. The communication with this company is terrible. The customer service people are in Utah but I am in MA. It is difficult to cancel a contract, reach a manager, schedule a service appointment, and talk to anyone in MA unless it's the technician actually in your house. I do not recommend this company.

Today Mason came with Matthew to do a return follow up. They were both extremely respectful. Mason is so helpful and explains everything. Found another whole and took care of that. Matthew also helped and did the outside areas. Our situation has been pretty much resolved, although we are going to give it another… Read full review

Today’s meeting with Kurt, the Fox technician, was professional and very thorough. I totally appreciated his attention to detail and his explanations.

The technician only spread the granules and dusted our garage door. He did not full dust the house as he noted in services provided. He backed his truck over one of our snow reflector and broke it (we have this on video, that also shows he never inspected the front and sides of the house and windows). He laughed at… Read full review

Fox pest control was reliable and very thorough. I also appreciated their communication both before and after work was done.

Ashley was listening to everything I said and treated all areas nicely. She even explained what spray works for what bugs and do what they do. Nicely executed!

Mathew Nassau is one of the best technicians to service my house. He made many helpful suggestions
