Technician notified me when he expected to arrive & arrived right at that time. Completed the issue I had called about & remarked that he would add the note that I did not want rodenticide used but liked snap traps for mice. One of the prime spaces for mice to live in is air-conditioning units. The technician had no clue how to take the cover off to get the house that was inside. I had to supply pair of needle nose, pliers pull it out without taking the cover.

Saw some ants in the house and Fox came out the same day to take care of the problem. Great service and Pablo was excellent to work with. He explained everything they were doing and everything I could do to keep the home pest free.
