Fox Pest Control Acton

We recently had a football-size wasp nest show up on a front yard bush. When Mason came by for our regular exterior pest inspection and treatment, I told him about the nest. He then quickly and professionally removed the nest and took it with him.

Arren W. was great. He did a thorough walk-through with me throughout my property and gave helpful tips on what I can do around my house in between quarterly visits made. He took his time and sealed several potential entry points of rodents and insects. I was very pleased with his attentiveness and would highly recommend him. Thanks Arren!

I had Ron at my house today addressing a bee issue. He was amazing. Very personable and extremely kind. He was very thorough in looking for a nest and spraying to prevent further issues. Fox pest was super responsive to my problem. Thank you Ron!

great service today from Richard Mason. He went above and beyond to make sure a column to yellow jacket is not able to build a nest inside the wall, through a siding crack. applied both liquid and powder pest killer, he even repaired the loose siding piece and blocked further wasp entry.

I’ve been very happy with the service. Everyone, from the people answering the phones to the technicians who come out, is incredibly friendly and professional. They do a great job while also being mindful of the environment, which I really appreciate. Most importantly, the service works! Highly recommend.

After the service, we still see some yellow jackets crawling in from the window.

Called about a yellow jacket nest inside of a crawl space in our house that was causing yellow jackets to enter our bedroom. Was told over the phone it would be removed during service the next day. Do not hire Fox Pest Control for wasp/hornet treatment in wall voids! They are not trained for this work! We had them at our home and they did the exact opposite of what you're supposed to do. Service was excellent we had a good amount of wasps up in our roofline and they were taken care of great. The salesman named alek who came to our door was also fantastic, explained every part of the service very throughly and the service delivered very well. We called to have a tech remove yellow jacket nests. We’ve been stung and someone in our home is allergic. The tech was nice but not qualified. I commend my technician for braving the wasp nest in my yard. I was stung several times as I was cutting grass and forgot about them living in the ground. He put both a granular treatment and an aerosol, so it should drive them into permanent hibernation. I hope. He was very stylish in his bee suit.😊

Mason came on an emergency basis to deal with a yellow jacket infestation in my home. He was well prepared, polite and excellent. He is an incredible asset to the company!

Fox was super responsive and worked me into the schedule the next day! Xavier Gutierrez came by and was very personable and did a great job addressing the issue. Initially I was shopping around and I’m glad I went with Fox and will definitely continue to be a repeat customer.

If I could give Daouda more than 5 stars I would. He was the 2nd person Fox sent to get rid of a yellow jacket & hornet problem I was having. He spent 2 hours spraying my house and made sure they were gone. Fox needs more workers like Daouda in their company
