Fox Pest Control Acton

We recently had a football-size wasp nest show up on a front yard bush. When Mason came by for our regular exterior pest inspection and treatment, I told him about the nest. He then quickly and professionally removed the nest and took it with him.

Arren W. was great. He did a thorough walk-through with me throughout my property and gave helpful tips on what I can do around my house in between quarterly visits made. He took his time and sealed several potential entry points of rodents and insects. I was very pleased with his attentiveness and would highly recommend him. Thanks Arren!

I had Ron at my house today addressing a bee issue. He was amazing. Very personable and extremely kind. He was very thorough in looking for a nest and spraying to prevent further issues. Fox pest was super responsive to my problem. Thank you Ron!

great service today from Richard Mason. He went above and beyond to make sure a column to yellow jacket is not able to build a nest inside the wall, through a siding crack. applied both liquid and powder pest killer, he even repaired the loose siding piece and blocked further wasp entry.

I’ve been very happy with the service. Everyone, from the people answering the phones to the technicians who come out, is incredibly friendly and professional. They do a great job while also being mindful of the environment, which I really appreciate. Most importantly, the service works! Highly recommend.

They came and took care of my bee problem. Great service and keep me well informed about the situation and how to proceed with this situation going forward. Outstanding customer service and field support.

After the service, we still see some yellow jackets crawling in from the window.

Called about a yellow jacket nest inside of a crawl space in our house that was causing yellow jackets to enter our bedroom. Was told over the phone it would be removed during service the next day. Technician came the next day and was not made aware of service call. When he looked in the crawl space and saw the nest… Read full review

9/28/26 I am so grateful to Steve on behalf of Fox Pest Control for returning to our home twice (2 and 3 weeks post initial service visit) to ensure our hidden yellow jacket nest no longer had living bees before we sealed the gap in the window frame. I feel we paid for a single service visit and received much more.… Read full review

We got to work with Timmy as we discovered wasps in my daughter's room. Do not hire Fox Pest Control for wasp/hornet treatment in wall voids! They are not trained for this work! We had them at our home and they did the exact opposite of what you're supposed to do. They sprayed liquid insecticide into the external entry point. This traps the pests inside the wall without actually killing… Read full review

Ronald was very polite and informative. Walked the property with me explaining the service. Very helpful.

Throughly checked house and explained everything that would be done.

I called on a Monday and they were here 2 days later. To me, that's great and I was dealing with an issue that is extremely terrifying for me. Ron was great! He was reassuring, promised to come back to check on the issue a week later. So far, very pleased with Fox! Thank you!

As always the technician did a great job explaining everything he was doing around our property on May 20, 2026.

It was a pleasure meeting Jim Rose. He is very pleasant and professional. He took the time to listen to my concerns and then he explained every step that he would take to address those concerns. He is one of the reasons that we would recommend Fox Pest to others.

We had an emergency situation with hornets and yellow jackets and Fox prioritized our home for same day service. James Rose came and sprayed everything while we were away from the house and waited for us to return to show my husband all the holes to patch up so that nothing would get into the house. We are so… Read full review

The inspections and treatments went smoothly.

We called to have a tech remove yellow jacket nests. We’ve been stung and someone in our home is allergic. The tech was nice but not qualified. Our wasp nest was in a challenging location yet Carlos was able to quickly and efficiently mitigate the problem. Fox Pest is fortunate to have such a knowledgeable and dedicated employee.

Great Service. Extremely Helpful & Knowledgeable.

Ronald was a nice and friendly guy, he did his best to tackle this problem by spraying liquids and dust. Will have to wait to see the results.

I commend my technician for braving the wasp nest in my yard. I was stung several times as I was cutting grass and forgot about them living in the ground. He put both a granular treatment and an aerosol, so it should drive them into permanent hibernation. I hope. He was very stylish in his bee suit.😊

Kyson took care of us and was very thorough. Give this man a raise. Thank you

My technicians were so personable that I felt they were like family! They are always kind and supportive of all my needs. Thank you!!

If I could give Daouda more than 5 stars I would. He was the 2nd person Fox sent to get rid of a yellow jacket & hornet problem I was having. He spent 2 hours spraying my house and made sure they were gone. Fox needs more workers like Daouda in their company

Zachary was great.

Excellent job on this rainy/snowy day. Even waded out to my shed to refill the mouse bait box. Thank you very much! (update) Another great job eliminating ants getting into the house and getting rid of a yellow jackets nest in our gerden.

Excellent, knowledgable, and speedy service. I've had other pest control services before, but I love the customer service and care of Fox Pest the best. He was very thoughtful; listened to my concerns to hot areas around the property, very courteous, professional, and well informed of the product they use. Excellent service.

Friendly and very informative completed his task with care and efficiency, the only thing is that when they’re doing the job to the eaves, it all drips down on the windows. Great job

They sent a technician out within 2 days to take care of bee and wasp nests. Treated the whole house for pests and insects. Explained their process well. Friendly and professional technician, Luis was great.

We were happy to have Daouda Saiwai treat our house and yard. Fox is lucky to have Mr Saiwai represent their company. Nothing I asked for him to do was a problem. Michael Colon came to remove a wasp nest in our yard. He was very personable and informed me of his approach. He was respectful of the property and made sure to close gates, so the dogs wouldn’t get out. Michael did a thorough job, took the nest, and sprayed a powder to make sure the wasps don’t come back. I would highly recommend FOX pest control.
