Bernard has always been the ultimate professional whenever he has visited my house. He as provided scheduled service as well as "on call" service several times. Russell called me on his arrival by 4 PM. Then he arrived on time and checked all the mice box traps and filled them in some of them. There were no evidence of any eaten of the lures. Both my garage and outside basements were cleared of any rodents. He also checked the 2 trap boxes outside before leaving.

Mason Binder was here for my house on 7/20/2026 to check any rodent activity inside the house.. No activity was found. Also the outside of the home was checked . Mason answered all our questions and was very thorough in his work. Excellent service thank you.

Kieran did a thorough initial treatment for us today. He listened to our concerns and explained his solutions patiently. He finished a bunch of jobs in a reasonable time period. Finally, he took pictures and left notes. Kieran is a nice and professional technician.

Both of the Techs Xavier and Harrison were very personable and did a great job taking care of the required pest control activities in and around our home. Fox Pest Control services have done a good job and worth engaging them to take care of regular ongoing pest control activities.

Completed the issue I had called about & remarked that he would add the note that I did not want rodenticide used but liked snap traps for mice. We had rodent/mice activity in our basement. Nick and Pablo from fox helped us. They are super professional and always on time. After three times of treatment, there is no sign of rodent activity.

We connected with a real person on our first call. It was early evening, around 7:30 PM, and we were able to schedule next-day service. Luis arrived within the scheduled time frame. Pricing for services are very reasonable, and they even offered a discount.

I called Fox Pest Control today and got an appointment same day. Lucia was an incredibly helpful and thorough professional. She walked me through all areas of my house that she patched, as well as other motivation measures I should take myself. I'm very happy with the service I've received.

Lucia DiMucci is excellent at her job. She takes the time to explain the service and recommends ways the homeowner can help themselves. In the end she instills confidence the issue will be resolved. Highly recommend.
