Fox Pest Control Acton

Ron was very polite and helpful. I'm sure he was thorough checking and replacing traps where necessary. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Fox Pest Control since I have been very satisfied with the service provided to me in the past. I want to thank Ron.

Arren W. was great. He did a thorough walk-through with me throughout my property and gave helpful tips on what I can do around my house in between quarterly visits made. He took his time and sealed several potential entry points of rodents and insects. I was very pleased with his attentiveness and would highly recommend him. Thanks Arren!

Steve completed a complete rebait on our property . Couldn't ask for a better technician!!! He was extremely professional and spent the time required.

James came by to refill the mice bait stations outside and check the ones inside. As always, he is very polite, conscientious, and explains what he will do and has completed. I asked him to check around the yard to determine what animal might be digging up the lawn. Possibly chipmunks, but we are not sure.

Very through and professional job. Thank you for great service today!

Mason is the best! He always goes above and beyond to take care of our needs!

Don’t use Fox Pest Control. They are not a local company. You can never call them directly and only get a call center in Utah. I signed a contract for mosquito and tuck spraying and it was working until they sent a technician in the rain who ever sprayed the front yard and barely the back in August. They hadn’t to… Read full review

Nate was great, listened to my concerns, went over and above trying to resolve.

Jay was very knowledgeable, professional, respectful and personable. He was also extremely thorough. He thoroughly checked the interior areas I pointed out to him, due to ongoing mice issues. He also sprayed the exterior of the house, and tended to the lawn with insect product. Jay checked with me upon arriving… Read full review

Very disappointing experience with Fox Pest Control. I signed a one-year contract for pest control services for a three-family property, specifically for rodents and cockroaches. From the very first visit, there was a major communication problem between the dispatcher and the technician. The technician apparently… Read full review

Very positive experience! Happy with the service they have provided so far given the fact that I live near the ocean and had a serious problem with rodents. So far Fox has been on target in containing the spread of rodents in and around the area of my home. Only problem is when a different tech. shows up as I get… Read full review

Technicians that come out remember how I like to treat my property. Good consistency

Worse company I’ve ever delt with. Paid for a service and they would come out and walk around do nothing and bill me. I have 4 kids in my home and we had two mice and a rat running in the house. I called and they said they would send someone out and come in the house to address the issue. Guy showed up and walked… Read full review

Russell did an excellent job. He was very professional and polite.

I have been having mouse issues. You can hear them in my walls. They came and put down bait traps and mouse traps, same thing i could have done. But we were catching the mice and the noises went away. But now they are back. They have already gone outside the house and closed up all the holes, I know you can't close… Read full review

Third straight “service” and still no inside treatment. One technician didn’t even get out of his truck. This time the technician dumped all my rain barrel and buckets - I live in a town that is bucket water only due to chronic water shortage issues. Spoke to a rep and filed a complaint. Never received a follow up… Read full review

As always the technician did a great job explaining everything he was doing around our property on May 20, 2026.

Matthew listened to my concerns regarding rodent management at our home. He recently added a review of our foundation to assess rodent access, noting several areas requiring steel wool to block openings. It appears he is now trying to address the route of the issue, instead of just treating status quo with poison.… Read full review

Love Fox! All the Exterminator Specialists are top notch! Especially Eric! He goes the extra mile. Professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He is not satisfied unless you are!

My technician Arren was fantastic. Very professional, knowledgeable, and just a genuine guy who cares about the job he did. He gets 5 stars. However, the person who sold me the service told both my wife and I the Fox Service would take care of grubs in our lawn. We spent quite a bit of time talking about it. It was… Read full review
