Fox Pest Control Acton

Professional, courteous, excellent communicator, inspired confidence.

We had a technician supposed to come during a 2 hour window on Friday and no show and no communication. Rescheduled to today and the same thing and they couldn't tell me when he might show up. Total waste of 2 days.

I was fortunate enough to have James as my first tech.He is very respectful and precise in his application.Hes also friendly and I would invite him to a barbecue. Sincerely J. Jeffrey Upton

As always, professional, on-time and great service

Everyone I've dealt with has been professional, prompt, and seamless while on my property. Xavier is the man!

The inspections and treatments went smoothly.

Jonathan was here for our annual termite control - he reviewed the existing locations - making sure we had the correct coverage to protect our home. He was great to walk the property with while looking at prior trap placement and closing any gaps. Talked about landscaping changes we are looking at doing next… Read full review

Fox Pest Control was very adept at getting rid of bugs inside and outside of our home. They control ants, mosquitoes, bees, silverfish, etc. I would definitely recommend them.

Chris K took great care of us for our yard enjoyment service. I spend a ton of time outside and haven’t been bitten by any mosquitos at our house — but when I walk my dogs around the neighborhood they swarm me — so I know the treatment is effective! Plus, my dogs are tick-free! Thanks, Chris!

We have been so pleased with the service and attention to detail with Fox Pest Control. We highly recommend them to home owners. All of the techs have been super, but there is one tech that truly embodies the 'above and beyond service' and that is Zach. His supervisor that trained him deserves credit as well. We love Fox!

Very thorough. Went through all of my concerns.

Excellent professional service. Thank you!

Fox Pest Control has been excellent! Ashley Arroyo is wonderful! We initially had them come in to deal with issues we were having with springtails and carpenter bees. They took care of both promptly, and we have had no problems. They have been fantastic to work with and give an unbelievable peace of mind knowing… Read full review

Was able to get a combo deal that included all the services for reasonable rate. Xavier was great!

Kayla has come to our house several times now and has been thorough and reliable each time.

The technician arrived promptly and explained everything to me in a clear and understandable manner. All my questions were answered clearly and respectfully. He went right to work and took the time to calm my apprehensions as I was very nervous about the situation. He was very kind and personable. I couldn't be more satisfied! Thank you again Pablo.

Due to family matters and replacing my missing credit card our services stopped in January, after several years of constant service. We had wild kingdom erupt in April! It dawned on me we haven’t had Fox in a while. I called them they sent someone right away and made a convenient appt to come do the inside as well.… Read full review

In the year I have been using Fox, we have seen no ants, mice, or other bugs in the house. That's why we called them.

We have used Fox Pest Control for many years and their service has always been thorough and reasonably priced.

Cass came out to do our routine treatment, but then we also had happened to have several sightings in our basement and pool house as well as the smell of a recently deceased mouse. Cass spent over 3 hours at our home, crawling into spaces in our basement that other providers never ventured, sealing gaps, setting… Read full review

They come quarterly and walk around the house. Depending on the season they treat the house and lawn accordingly. They find and plug holes in the house with steel wool to help keep rodents out. They find things I haven't. Solid professional technicians.

Excellent work done by Nick

I forgot about the service and Eric was kind enough to wait until someone was able to get home, he completed the exterior service while waiting. He was very pleasant and professional.
