Love Fox and highly recommend them for pest and terminate protection as their spray systems are safe for humans as well as animals.
Like most they start out great and then they just show up and half way do what they said they would. It has not been a good experience for me. Will likely go back to my old company. Terminix
Very professional and respectful.
Very professional.
We appreciate your very quick help. Thank you so much.
Very nice technicians and well spoken, easy to unerstand. Arrived on time, communicated their schedule and performed their services cleaning up after they were finished. Good job
Tyrone was very thorough, friendly and was very good at explaining everything!
Did not like the service. The man was rude and I think broke some stuff. Won't be using you ever again.
Very professional
Jerrell did a great job!! He had to work to find our termite things. We changed our landscaping and he realized we needed another termite things and he put it in!!! I hope we see him next inspection!!

The Technician Jordan Hennigan, was the best!!! He explained everything to me and why it happens and what precautions and prevention methods to take. He went everywhere in every spot. Jordan beats B out of Bugs!!!!
Each tech is knowledgeable and very professional and come at a very good price.
Russell came to service our property. Very pleasant and made sure we had answers to any questions or concerns.

Loved Savannah! She had a great personality and wasn't at all phased by my screaming toddler and barking dog! Haha! 10/10!
Dylan Swallow was our tech today and he was very nice and helpful.. he did the inside of our home even though it was a bit messy. He ensured me that the spray he was using would dry up in a few minutes due to us having a 1year old running around. He even did the back yard and garage. Thanks
We have had contracts with Fox Pest Control for a couple of years now, maybe more...I forget exactly how long. But I have never regretted this relationship or the affordable monthly cost in the least. Our Prairieville home is bug free. Fox Pest comes out regularly to spray the outside, which keeps critters from…
Malik was amazing! Would request that he could comeback and service my home at each appointment!
Malik was on time for our appointment. He was exceptionally kind, friendly, respectful of our home and time efficient. Shortly after he serviced our home, we found a dying roach, instantly effective! Tina showed up to my home ON TIME and did an amazing job!!!!! They talked me through every single thing they did and also educated me on every single chemical that they used. Jessica was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and respectful of our property, and quick to take care of every pest control need we had. They also offered the best prices!!
Tina informed me of all the items completed or not completed. She was very informative, respectful, and knowledgeable of her job duties.
Fox Pest Control came highly recommended, and I have to say they aim to please their clients. Kool Cannon, my technician goes the extra mile to inspect my property and monitor the stations placed around my home. They're only a phone call away when I have questions or concerns.
Service and salesman were very professional, I have More of a question, after the first spray didn’t see any new pest activity, over 5-6 weeks now and out of nowhere every bug you can think of is coming out, in every part of the house. Am I missing something or is this a short one time occurrence?
Mr. Charles was VERY professional, friendly and patient. He explained everything and answered all my questions!!!!! Thank you Mr. Charles!!! You are the BEST!!!
Jessica was really nice, she didn’t mind having a conversation with myself and my kids while she was working! She was very thorough! I give them a 10 out of 10!
On time and very professional 👌. Appreciate his work 👍.

UPDATE: My husband and I just moved into our first home and transferred our existing Fox Pest Control service to the new address. We scheduled a standard pest service and full termite service (inspection/installation/treatment) for today. Erick contacted me 30 minutes before his arrival, and arrived for the full…
Erik Gracia was great.
Please stay away from this company. They lied and told us they did the initial treatment off our new construction home which was a lie they used just to get us to sign. They have been misleading from start and have been collecting about $45/month for about 6 months now. They claim to be charging for termite…
When I signed up for the contract I was ensured that termite prevention was included in my package. I received a call a couple of days ago stating that not only was prevention not covered, but it would be an extra cost of $400+. I feel like I was mislead from the beginning and we still have continued to have spider…
