We were dissatisfied with our first agent. She was unable to sell our townhouse in Portland. We decided to take it off the market. Kyle Rohwer from Fox Real Estate Group contacted us, he said he could sell it and he did! If you are buying or selling a home we highly recommend Kyle & Fox Realty Group. This company is a 5 star company but to us they are a 10!

Highly disappointed in Brandon and Ryan's professionalism in my fiancee and I's recent home purchase.
They were the Selling Agents in our transaction and it's clear they either did not have a handle on their client, didn't communicate correctly with their seller and our agent, or didn't care about making the deal happen and were willing to blow it all up over a 2 business day extension on the close (the one and only requested). I'm glad we had an excellent, kind, and compassionate agent on our side to advocate for us, especially in this transaction. With large financial undertakings where both parties have separate interests and desires, it's important to have a team of people that are willing to work together and make sure their clients can be flexible, amicably working to get the transaction over the finish line. We do not feel that Brandon and Ryan tried very hard at being those people, despite us being very willing to work with them on what their client wanted. Luckily (for both us and their clients), we still made it. They got paid, which I'm sure they're happy about, their client sold their house, and we were able to purchase a property we felt was a good fit for us. It almost didn't happen and their seller would have had to go back on market if the team on our side, as well as us, not moved heaven and earth to accommodate their lack of flexibility or reasonableness.
The only reason they get two stars is because there is at least one realtor in this area that is immensely worse than them and because they had the basic wherewithal to call ours when their first Buyer backed out of the transaction. Lucky for them, we had just been outbid by a cash offer on another home.
Also, I shouldn't have to tell professionals how to do their job, especially when it comes to making sure their client clears out bulky items they just leave in the driveway for someone else to deal with, nor should our side have to harass you to come take care of it, especially after we've done everything we can to accommodate you and your seller. You also lied about other bulky items your client left in the home being "bolted in". They weren't and now I have to deal with getting your client's garbage hauled away.
Lastly, please get your sign out of my lawn. It's been long enough. It should have been gone the day of closing. Also, get your box off my spigot. If you damage it, you're paying for it and any damage that may happen due to damage of the spigot. Take your box and your sign, then hippity hoppity get off my property.
Update: They did come get their sign and lockbox (only after being told) but they did NOT in fact make any arrangement or attempt to contact me to arrange to collect all of the bulky items their seller left at our property, necessitating us removing them at our expense. Don't trust these people. Stay on top of them like a hawk during the sale if you happen to be buying from them.

If your looking for someone to help you buy or sell real estate you would be hard pressed to find a better professional/human being than Brandon Fox! In these days of AI and flakey service Brandon always returned our phone calls,answered our questions, and yes found us the perfect home.Im not just blowing smoke here he truly under committed and over performed. From the minute he picked us up at our hotel until the closing of our new home he's been there assisting us with all the details!
In closing I truly couldn't recommend a better real estate agent ,group than Brandon Fox!
