The Franklin Technician called early , arrived on time, and worked diligently on all my units. Lee Roberts was very courteous and professional. He did more maintenance than I had seen in 20 years. Then he detailed the work that my systems needed according to industry standards by showing me photos of all equipment needing repairs. He was excellent!
Franklin and it's representative Brett were fantastic, prompt, reasonable, professional, courteous, very knowlegeble and expedicious. In short, they are simply great. I am signed up for their annual maintenance plan and it is great.

Brett was obviously having a busy day but he found the issue in a timely manner, took photos and videos of the issue, explained the steps to fix it, and did it all with full documentation. He also showed me steps to make sure the thing that stopped it doesn't happen again
