Then he detailed the work that my systems needed according to industry standards by showing me photos of all equipment needing repairs. He was excellent!

Franklin and it's representative Brett were fantastic, prompt, reasonable, professional, courteous, very knowlegeble and expedicious. In short, they are simply great. I am signed up for their annual maintenance plan and it is great.
