The Franklin Technician called early , arrived on time, and worked diligently on all my units. Lee Roberts was very courteous and professional. He did more maintenance than I had seen in 20 years. Then he detailed the work that my systems needed according to industry standards by showing me photos of all equipment needing repairs. He was excellent!
As always, service experience was the best! Arrived promptly, checked out my system and made sure it was winter ready. Lee and Joseph are excellent technicians! So glad Franklin Heating and Air is always there for me.
