Axell Morris arrived the next morning after I called Franklin AC when my unit quit cooling. He was courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. He repaired my unit in 1 1/2 hours, installed a switch so this wouldn’t happen again, and explained everything to me. I will definitely stay with Franklin for my repairs!
The line was ran to the wrong compressor. Went all winter without working heat. Disappointed with Elevation RM and Franklin.
