Axell Morris arrived the next morning after I called Franklin AC when my unit quit cooling. He was courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. Great service from Franklin AC, etc. Have used them for years, but recently had AC unit go out. Thought we were going to need replacement. Technician worked the problem for over an hour and found simple answer for much, much less. Thank you Franklin Air.
