Justin and Cole were both very kind and professional. Very charismatic personable. Great techs!
Franklin installed our entire HVAC and hot water heater almost a year ago. From initial contact to finalizing install they were patient with my many questions and curiosities. In answering my questions and concerns I felt reassurance that they were the one for us out of the many, many good options in the N.W.A.…
Cade and crew came in early and stayed until the job was complete. 12 hours is a long day! They were all polite and professional. When there was a hiccup-no problem. Cade did the troubleshooting and all was great! The communication was very appealing to a non-A/C person. I really appreciate Franklin and their staff!
Good experience from start to end. Axel and Justin were particularly helpful in getting the new system set up properly and explaining the newfangled thermostats.
I hired Franklin to install a new water heater and new HVAC system. I had never worked with them before, but it was a good experience. Ayden did a great job installing the new water heater and troubleshooting a problem with a faulty part on the heater a few days later! In addition, Marc and his crew were very…

The Franklin installation team were police, knowledgeable, and thorough. Axell came to collaborate and inspect and was very knowledgeable and ensured I knew how to properly use my new thermostat and set schedule temperatures. Thanks for getting me back home and comfortable with my new HVAC system!
I highly recommend Franklin Heating and Air! They replaced the Heat/Air unit during the coldest day. Cade did a great job explaining things to me. It works great and so quiet! Cade and Axel were just back to check on the unit to be sure it was working right. They did a great job. Thank you!
We had another wonderful experience with Franklin! This time it was for a full HVAC replacement. Cade, Timothy, Chris, Ryan, and Axel all did a thorough job handling their respective responsibilities. They were professional, knowledgeable, and dependable. Carrie and Sage, from the office, are excellent to work with…

Franklin A/C, Plumbing & Electrical did a FANTASTIC job installing and explaining the process of purchasing a new HVAC system. I got several quotes with other companies and did some of my own research on which system to purchase. Franklin stuck out because of the time they spent explaining the process to me. This…
We bought our house last year with the knowledge that we had a 27-year-old unit and it was going to have to go someday. When it decided to give out in the middle of the summer, it was quite a stressful ordeal. I loved that Franklin encouraged grabbing quotes from other companies and was always there to answer any…
Got a new unit installed last week and Will did an excellent job, QA Axell came by today to double check the install and did a thorough job! Franklin’s price and turn around time was super fast and on point.
Franklin just installed two HVAC units for us and did a great job! I received the quote a few months ago knowing we would replace soon. They were helpful, informative and explained what units would be the best choice for our home. All the service tech's were great - I wish I could remember everyones name but know…
This vendor provided superior quality equipment at very fair prices. The technicians were knowledgeable and polite. Furthermore, they had great work ethic.
We had a new seer 17 heat pump, air handler and thermostat installed last year by Franklin Heating and Air. It has performed marvelously, energy efficient and very quiet! We needed a service call yesterday because we awoke to a thermostat that was blank and a cool house. To my delight and surprise, Jaxson White…
This is a first class business, and their folks really know their product. I had an old HVAC split system replaced. Franklin was prompt with their appointments, communicating through both text and email, so I felt that I always knew who/what/when of the job all of the time. The technicians who did the install…
It’s quite obvious that Franklin is selective in their hiring process. Tyler presented things well & was always available to answer questions, Cade & Hector totally dominated our full system install, and Axel followed up with a careful inspection that gave us peace of mind. Super respectful, very professional, and easy to work with - we are thankful!
Very easy to work with! They came out to assess the work at my home in NWA, provided a free estimate and once I decided to move forward they contacted me to schedule a time to come out and complete job. They were very professional, friendly, and did excellent work - once they were done they cleaned up and the…

They replaced our furnace the next day after we requested their service. They were very careful and thorough throughout the installation and the cost was very fair.
I was impressed by the level of professionalism that was displayed throughout the install process. The workmanship is of the best I’ve witnessed. Called on Saturday furnace quit. Kyle came out and got it running; temporarily. Bearing bad on motor. We requested a new system. New system installed by 1p Thursday! Service stinks now days! These guys are courteous, professional, and keep their promised schedules!
Franklin did an exceptional job in replacing our HVAC system. In the bid process they had the most detailed review of our system. Much more involved than any of the other bidders. The price and value was the most reasonable we recieved. And Kris and the install team were fast and VERY professional. Absolutely recommend this company.
Steven, Austin, and Yari did a great job installing our new ac/heat system.

We were looking for a SWEPCO approved contractor, and everyone at Franklin was knowledgeable and helpful, from Will and Zach upfront, and installation by Stephen and Austin. Their slogan is on point: Quality - at the lowest possible price.
Jake and Brandon did a very nice job of replacing our heat pump and air handler. We are loving the upgrades.
Courtesy, prompt, knowledgeable, efficient, and reasonably priced. What else could you ask for.
Very pleased with Franklin Heating and Air. I recommend them very much!
After assessing our needs and making “Good, Better, Best” recommendations, Franklin installed a new HVAC system, smart thermostat, additional duct work and whole-home humidifier. (We had to wait only a few weeks to get our system installed after signing the quote.) Chris and Brandon were very professional and worked…
From the very first phone call I felt Franklin Heating and Air took care of me. Very quick to come to my house to assess and give a quote. They made it very clear that they highly value customers. These guys have continuously done quality work with prices well below competitors, there hasn’t been a time they couldn’t fix something on the 25 year-old HVAC system we had. Just finally decided to have them do a full HVAC system replacement. We have zero complaints. Thanks Cade and Demetri.
