Super professional and friendly, Axell was very knowledgeable and efficient.
Excellent service and reasonable pricing! Didn’t try to sell me programs or urge me to replace units as I’ve experienced with other companies.
I’ve used Franklin multiple times for different types of projects (HVAC, Water Heater, underground water line) and they’ve been fantastic every time. They communicate extremely well, have awesome people, schedule service extremely quick, and have always had the best pricing for every quote I’ve gotten to compare. I…

We had Franklin install two new heating and air units two years ago, and we have used them for our spring and fall service/tune-ups since: they are always professional and quickly responsive in all interactions; Jacob, who came today for our fall service, was friendly and knowledgeable while performing my service and answering all questions.
Wonderful service.

Colton, did a great job. Very professional and knowledgeable. Great job!! Will recommend to anybody needing work done on their unit.
I am grateful a friend (who previously had a whole house system installed by Franklin) prompted me to call them. Their service was very prompt, professional, helpful and kind. Their pre-winter maintenance cost less than another well known company, which was great for me. They also gave me estimates for a whole house…
Kyle was extremely courteous and professional. I will use Franklin again!
These guys have continuously done quality work with prices well below competitors, there hasn’t been a time they couldn’t fix something on the 25 year-old HVAC system we had. Just finally decided to have them do a full HVAC system replacement. We have zero complaints. Thanks Cade and Demetri.
I love the quality of their service always friendly. and they always call about 15 minutes before they come out. The only thing I wish they would do. Is bring back the service contract.
Tyler was an excellent Tech.. Low-key.. Intelligent
Jacob arrived very promptly the day after the 2 days of ice, and was very respectful as far as little details of tracking the ice in my house, to minding my pet chickens. He was very informative and helpful. He mentioned that he was fairly new to the company, but the vast amount of knowledge he had, and the way he…
Highly recommend Franklin Air. They came out almost immediately, took the time to identify the problems and offered solutions that didn’t break the bank. They are extremely professional. I will be using them for any future heating and air issues. I don’t write reviews. Ever. They’re that good. Super thankful!
Ty was the serviceman who came. FranklinHeat & Air was the 4th company I had to come out and the only honest one of them all. I was shown pictures of a unit about to fall apart from rust and dangerous to my health because of carbon monoxide. They said I needed a new unit costing anywhere from 6900-$14,000. All I…
