Very honest and trustworthy. They would not try to sell you a new unit if your unit can be repaired. Reasonable pricing. Friendly professional staff. I would not use anymore else and always recommend them to friends.
My heatpump wasn't working properly so Franklin came out and let me know my thermostat was bad. I told them I could replace it myself so they only charged me $19 for service call and said call then back if I need help after the install, no charge. I have found a new HVAC company! Highly recommended, can't beat the value.
