Lee Roberts . Came by and maintenance on our system He was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient
Adrian was great! He identified the problem and fixed it quickly. Thank you. I will call next time I have a need.
A very polite human being answered on my first attempt at calling them, Fransico Torres came out almost immediately and diagnosed our problem. Parts ordered, showed up when they said they would to install the ordered parts. They were both friendly and professional, and knew our system better than the people that…
The line was ran to the wrong compressor. Went all winter without working heat. Disappointed with Elevation RM and Franklin.
Great value, professional crew, highly recommend Franklin Heating & Air ! Angel Hernandez was very professional and did a great job ! Thank you!
Jaxson was a wonderful technician! I had to rate him between one and 10 I’d give him a 20 he was such a nice gentleman. Hope you have more like him .
Very polite, was able to get the job done in good time! Answered all of our questions.
Christian and Brett did an amazing job with our yearly maintenance and heating issue. They explained every detail to us. We are thankful we found a trustworthy/affordable family owned company! It’s so hard to find honesty with all the investors buying multiple companies and driving industry pricing up post covid. We appreciate Franklin!
This company helped us get our HVAC unit and heater running so smoothly, fast and very professional! The best our little family could have hope for! The installation done by Sam and his team was incredible. The technician Axell was so knowledgeable, professional, friendly and so kind! Their electrician Jim was over…
Brett was a delight to work with today. A part needed replacing on our furnace. He provided a full detail, cause-and-effect explanation. Professional, Personal, Efficient!!! Franklin is the absolute best Company we have worked with, reasonable & quick service every time!
Quick, reliable and knowledgeable. Will definitely recommend to anyone with similar issues,
Called for service in heat pump on below freezing day, and serve tech was here by 5:30. Diagnosed issue, explained what was needed, got approval from me and had unit up, running and checked out the whole system by 6:15. Price seemed fair, work done quickly, and Angel (service tech) was both personable, explained…
I’ve used Franklin multiple times for different types of projects (HVAC, Water Heater, underground water line) and they’ve been fantastic every time. They communicate extremely well, have awesome people, schedule service extremely quick, and have always had the best pricing for every quote I’ve gotten to compare. I…
Franklin Heating and their employee Mickey are the upmost professionals. He arrived in a timely manner and was able to identify our heating problem.
Fast friendly service - Glad it wasn't anything serious. Thanks Tyler 👍
Mickey Lojkar was a great tech. At first my propane heater did not act up for him. But he made some suggestions as to what it could be , we looked at my propane regulator on the main tank then we looked at it’s out put at the unit. He put together a plan of action and let me decide what to do. I will definitely…
So very happy that Devin Orchard came today! My A/C is good! Thank you very much!
Mickey was on-time, professional, courteous and clean with the work area. Franklin’s Heating and Cooling is very responsible and easy to schedule. He cleaned the a/c coils and even suggested a sensor to help air flow. He was fast and efficient. Very friendly and informative young man.
Jesse Muñoz was very friendly and helpful
Kyle was spectacular. Got the heat back up and running for me in no time. Will have no problems calling Franklin in the future and will recommend to anyone. Thanks for the excellent service! Update: Furnace was on the fritz during our first cold snap this season. To begin with, Tyler was great to deal with. He…
I am very impressed! I will be using you again! Thank you! I want Jaxson to come every year!
Good job.
10/10 would recommend. Easy texting to get appointment set. Kyle was on time, gave me a 45 min heads up, explained everything to someone who knows nothing about HVAC issues, and had the problem diagnosed in minutes. He attempted to help me with a quick fix, and when that didn’t work, guided me to the next step with…
They did a good job and didn't try to screw me. I am satisfied.
Colton was great. Same day fix of our unit. Went above and beyond.
Was very impressed by the technician Kyle DuPont. Diagnosed the issue correctly and quickly. Kyle was extremely professional and courteous Made a quick fix and the cost was cheaper than expected. Prior to Kyle coming out, another company came out while only my wife was home. Right away that company recommended our…
Happy to be a Franklin customer. Will not hesitate requesting service from them.
I will only use them from now on. Got the system running and had the lowest service call I have seen. Probably going to need to replace the whole system eventually and will definitely use them.
I’m very pleased with the repair experience. I am a new customer and called this morning. The folks in the phone were pleasant, made an appt for today, problem fixed, reasonable price - all good!
Kyle was the best service technician ever, very knowledgeable, professional and polite.
These guys have continuously done quality work with prices well below competitors, there hasn’t been a time they couldn’t fix something on the 25 year-old HVAC system we had. Just finally decided to have them do a full HVAC system replacement. We have zero complaints. Thanks Cade and Demetri.
I love the quality of their service always friendly. and they always call about 15 minutes before they come out. The only thing I wish they would do. Is bring back the service contract.
Very professional and took care of everything we were needing.
We have an Airbnb in Bentonville and had a guest say that the heater was not working correctly and making a funny sound. We called Franklin first thing the next morning and they came out same day a few hours later. The low service call charge was what attracted us initially but the professionalism, quick response…
Highly recommend Franklin Air. They came out almost immediately, took the time to identify the problems and offered solutions that didn’t break the bank. They are extremely professional. I will be using them for any future heating and air issues. I don’t write reviews. Ever. They’re that good. Super thankful!
Woke up to no heat, Kyle came over same day, found and fixed the issue all at an incredible value. Will 100% use them again and recommend them
Very honest and trustworthy. They would not try to sell you a new unit if your unit can be repaired. Reasonable pricing. Friendly professional staff. I would not use anymore else and always recommend them to friends.
My heatpump wasn't working properly so Franklin came out and let me know my thermostat was bad. I told them I could replace it myself so they only charged me $19 for service call and said call then back if I need help after the install, no charge. I have found a new HVAC company! Highly recommended, can't beat the value.
