Ayden and Ben showed up and got right to it. All the repairs that were discussed previously were made and the crew cleaned up before they left. They walked through each repair with me and showed me what they installed/replaced. Also performed demonstration on outside faucets to ensure no issues before they left.

Ayden Kubiak did great work. They were very precise, the end result looked very good, and they were minimally invasive. On top of that, they did it in half of the projected time. Awesome.

Franklin has been incredibly reliable for me. They’ve done good work. This time they quoted $800 for the job but when on site they found a way to cut the price in half while still resolving the issue.
