We called one company but they didn't sound knowledgeable. So, I called Franklin HVAC. intelligent timely didn't want to put on unnecessary parts the "other guys" said we needed. I will use them every time!!!!

Repaired hole in AC going from outside unit to inside unit caused by new roof was installed in December 2021. He took pictures and explained everything along the way. Excellent technician! I would want him again!

I recently had a problem with my 6 year old pump not operating properly. I made a call to one of the major NW Arkansas HVAC companies and a technician came out to inspect my system. After 10 minutes the gentleman came in and told us we most likely needed a new heat pump system. As senior citizens we were surprised…
AC went out and called them for help. They scheduled an appointment. Showed up right on time, identified the problem, replaced the bad part and were done in 30 minutes. Only $130. Can't beat that! Very trustworthy. No effort to talk up a bigger problem. They will be my "go to" guys for HVAC!
My heatpump wasn't working properly so Franklin came out and let me know my thermostat was bad. I told them I could replace it myself so they only charged me $19 for service call and said call then back if I need help after the install, no charge. I have found a new HVAC company! Highly recommended, can't beat the value.
