Ayden Kubiak was very knowledgeable about the fact we needed to get a new toilet. He went over the cheapest to the more expensive options. He even checked to water pressure before he left the house.

Signed up for Franklin’s annual maintenance contract. Stephen came out to drain my hot water heater and do a thorough plumbing inspection. Found a couple of issues and was able to get them fixed quickly. He was extremely personable and professional. Will definitely use them for my plumbing needs!
