I've used Franklin for AC and electric in the past. They are always quick to respond and the work is always top rate. Today I had to replace my 21 year old water heater. Ayden Kubiak did the job. He was on time, polite and knowledgeable.
Chose Franklin for a water heater replacement due to their extremely prompt communication and reasonable pricing. Once I signed the contract, I was contacted to setup the installation. Ayden and Dylan arrived on time and had the 30 year old water heater out and replaced in under an hour.
Ayden did a great installation of a water heater and two toilets.
Ayden and Ben showed up and got right to it. All the repairs that were discussed previously were made and the crew cleaned up before they left. They walked through each repair with me and showed me what they installed/replaced. Also performed demonstration on outside faucets to ensure no issues before they left.
Our hot water heater broke so we used Franklin to replace it. (We got estimates with 5 other plumbing companies and Franklin was the most competitive) We were able to schedule an appointment in just a few days so we weren’t without hot water for long thankfully.
