Felix was friendly, professional and he gave me a lot of good information. It is reassurring when the technician really understands not only what to do but how a certain pest behaves so you can be proactive in the future. He also gently saved a bee that was inside my screen porch - he let him go outside and said "he's a pollinator". Love it!
