The entire staff are just wonderful. With each visit the techs explained everything step by step. When a part was on backorder they kept me informed. My mice problem is remedied. Thank you
Leland was very detailed and went through the whole process and answered so many of my questions and very patient. David took time when on site trapping and sealing the outside of my home, to explain everything and answer questions. Very thorough and professional team that definitely has customers best in mind in difficult and unexpected situations.
Company was very responsive and got me on the schedule very quickly to remove rodent from my crawl space. David was very prompt to the appointment, was very knowledgable and did what he said he would. I would definitely recommend the company.
Office and field team are friendly, knowledgeable, and answer any question you ask. There are prompt in responding to your issues and they make sure it has all been resolved.
Had an issue with a mouse infestation. Called and paid Freedom Wildlife solutions over 2,000 for mouse exclusion services. Part of this was $200 to mouse proof a crawlspace door. The work was subpar at best in mouse proofing the crawlspace door. $200 spent for 2 thin straps of metal that were haphazardly secured…
best in pest ............ thank you guys
Leland delivered exceptional service today. He was professional, thorough and knowledgeable. I really appreciated his respect for wildlife and finding ways to keep mice out of our house with the least harm possible.
Technician is attentive to the specific needs at the time of service and is always prepared. Had mole treatment today since tunnels have been evident recently. Last treatment lasted over a year.
We have been extremely happy with Freedom Wildlife Solutions & Pest Control. Our backyard borders a large natural area, and we have had a significant mole and vole problem in both our front and backyards. After about 1.5 years of consistent treatments, we’re pleased to say this is the second month in a row without…
This company is a delight to work with. The service tech Matthew always on time answered all my questions, he is a very nice young man.
Their estimate came in at nearly $6,000 — for work another company quoted at $1,800. After repeated messages from them to answer any questions about the estimate, I politely said we needed to get a couple more estimates before deciding and would let them know. Their reply to that was rude and unprofessional.…
This company was awesome, quick and efficient. Blaize and Daniel did an awesome job! I had a mouse nest problem and they helped get the nest out and set traps that caught the mouse that night. Couldn't recommend more!

We were concerned that we had a mice and/or squirrel problem in the attic at our house. The first place we called was Freedom and we could not be happier. We’ve been using Freedom for about 3 months now to address a mole and vole infestation in our yard just outside of Garner. The critters are putting up a good fight, but they are losing the battle and the areas where they are active has been significantly reduced. The technicians (in particular Josh and Joseph) have…
