Trish came to the house for a deep clean. When we booked we requested someone who knew dogs as we have a dog who’s not great with new people. Not only did Trish do AMAZING with our dog, she was very friendly and professional and cleaned the house top to bottom. We could not be happier with the job Trish did on the…
Bethany did a great job. We love the way the house looks after her cleaning.
Bethany did a beautiful job cleaning our home! She was diligent and paid attention to all the details… This was a move out cleaning and she made sure our home looked great for the renters. We will be keeping Bethany and FLC on our list for our home care needs!
From the scheduling ease to the quality of the clean, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you Bethany and team for a wonderful clean
Serena did an amazing job. Our house is pretty clean as is but we were so surprised at how clean everything looked after she was done. They also squeezed us in last minute for an important home showing.
If I could give Fresh Looking Cleaning 10 stars, I would! They did an amazing job with our move-out clean. The team was professional, friendly, prompt, and incredibly detail-oriented. Claire was fantastic. She arrived exactly on time, kept us updated throughout the cleaning, and went above and beyond. From start to…
My husband and I found Fresh Looking Cleaning Service online, and after carefully reading the reviews, we decided to give them a try. The team was very professional from the beginning. They provided a customized consultation before the first service and matched us with a team member who would be a good fit for our…
The cleaning was top notch and extremely thorough. I believe our cleaners name was Daniella. She made the house feel and look like a brand new home. Planning to call back to setup standard cleanings for the remainder of my lease.
Did the deep clean option because I wasn’t sure which level I needed, having never had my home professionally cleaned in the 5 years since I’ve bought it. Absolutely love the place now! Things sparkle now, when I wasn’t sure they could. It was a bit pricey, however Caressa stayed for 8.5 hours to ensure everything…
Bethany did a great job!

My house is now squeaky clean. Thank you so much!!!!

Our move in cleaning went great! They worked with us to get scheduled quickly on short notice and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning service.
I cannot thank Katlin enough for the flexibility and thoroughness of the service. I had a tenant moving out and she provided a spotless house with great communication and service!
Such an amazing job. I believe the employee was named Courtney. She showed up on time and I believe worked straight through for 9 hours. Everything was so clean and it left my partner and I feeling like we had our home back! Will do again.
Got a deep cleaning done for my apartment and Fresh Look did an excellent job. I don't think my place has ever looked/felt this clean! Highly recommended.
From the first phone call, I knew our home was in good hands. Very personable and professional. We moved to JAX last year, and attempted to keep the house clean myself. With two big dogs and a full time job, it just wasn't happening like I wanted. I was exhausted, spending days off cleaning the house instead of…
Very responsive and the quality is unmatched! Than you again.
Fresh look home cleaning blew every expectation out of the water. From Josh who scheduled my appt, gave me a great quote with no suprises, to Sierra who cleaned my condo. Sierra was soo polite, thorough, and hard working. I am still in shock I was that impressed. I would not use anyone else and if possible ask for…
We are super happy with the cleaning service provided by Adreana. She did a thorough job cleaning the room that were requested, and even agreed to do a little more than what we originally had asked. I would definitely recommend!
I had Courtney do a deep clean recently and she did a great job. Her attention to detail was just what I needed she was pleasant to deal with as well. She was thorough as I had a long illness and hospitalization and needed a major deep clean. Courtney didn’t disappoint.
I had Sarena do a deep clean on my home yesterday. I have had a lot of cleaners in the past and she was by far the best one I’ve had. My house has never been so clean. She was professional and kind and stayed out of my way as I work from home. She worked hard and my home looks beautiful. Thank you!
Great company very courteous and Courtni did an outstanding job. Would recommend them to anyone

Adrianna did a really good job on my house right after I had painted it. Looks good as new. Thank you.
I’ve been looking for a maid service that actually cares about its customers and I couldn’t be more happy. Carmen was an amazing maid. She made sure everything was spotless. I definitely will be continuing my service with them. ❤️
Courtney was our cleaning lady today and she was amazing. There was not a speck of dust left in my house and the baseboards looked brand new. Courtney really took the time to make sure that all aspects of cleaning our house were met. Thank you Courtney. Fresh look home cleaning is an amazing company! Josh was so…

My partner and I are expecting our second child very shortly and wanted a deep clean for the house before welcoming our new child. In fact, I’m writing this review from the hospital bed. I got in touch with Josh on Super Bowl Sunday, hoping to get a cleaning done sometime in the next week. To my shock and surprise…
The team was wonderful - a polite and courteous duo - and they worked very well together to get the house clean.
Alexandra was extremely professional. She arrived on time and started working immediately. She made our house look immaculate, and almost unrecognizable. She exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be using her again and recommend her highly to anyone.
I had Ashley do my deep clean and she was great! She was friendly, open and professional 100%! I highly recommend this awesome company for any of your cleaning needs. The owner is a genuine person who sticks to his word and treats people the way we all should treat each other. Please try them, and maybe you will be…
Josh was fantastic with getting the cleaning set up quickly. I moved into my home and it wasn't nearly as clean as it should've been and he understood my frustration. He was able to get a cleaner out the next day. Brianne cleaned my home and she was amazing. She was thorough, respectful, efficient, and overall an…
I can not tell you how thrilled I am that I found Josh and that he then connected me with his supervisor Serena. She has been the biggest blessing to me since we met. I am an extremely clean and OCD person and ever since my car accident it’s been very, very hard to keep up. I have a family with 5 animals and it’s a…
I wanted to take to leave this 5 star review because Brianne did such an amazing job on cleaning my house. She was very professional, kind and thorough with the cleaning. I in fact only asked for her going forward!
Josh was an excellent communicator and handled everything professionally. I was in an accident and recovering away from home and when I got back my roommates had trashed the place. He made it a priority to genuinely help me out. Everything he said he would take care of was taken care of. Ashley was my cleaning lady…
Great service from start to Finish !!!! Owner was very detailed about what to expect and the cleaning technician more than divered !! Best cleaning service I've ever used.
I want to begin by thanking Josh(owner) and his team Lisa & Brianne for a great overall experience. My wonderful wife typically tries to keep our house clean in addition to the thousand other things she does on a daily basis, so this began as a search for a monthly house cleaning service to remove one of those items…
Excellent cleaning! Lisa was very professional, on time and kind. Josh responded to my inquiry quickly, was able to accommodate my schedule, and got me fit in quickly. I will continue bi-weekly service with them and truly appreciate a solid business.
It's rare that I give a five-star review with genuine sentiment, so believe me when I say that the service is worth every penny. Alexandra showed up on time and quickly got to work, thoroughly tackling the places in my home that have been long neglected. She was also kind enough to point out areas that might need…
The best cleaners in Jacksonville! Josh was able to schedule my move out clean on short notice for the day that I needed. Carmen arrived on time and did an incredible job and really took the care and extra time to make sure the job was done right.
Alexandra K is the epitome of excellence when it comes to cleaning. From the moment she arrived until she completed her tasks, she maintained a high level of energy, positive attitude and professionalism. Alexandra’s attention to detail is second to none. She is very thorough and goes above and beyond to ensure that…
Excellent service! Josh was so accommodating in fitting me in to the schedule.I recently purchased a condo, needed move in ready cleaning. Serena was so thorough, she did not miss a spot. She made the appliances look new again and bathrooms sparkle. Will highly recommend Josh and his team!
Great company starting with owner/customer service. My cleaning lady Caressa was amazing she worked her fanny off and went beyond the call of duty.
First off the customer service was great and the owner of the company would always get in contact with me in a timely manner and he answered all of my questions. Mrs. Melissa was great at cleaning my house and even did things I didn’t expect like make my bed and declutter small areas. Thank you so much for your help and great customer service!

Brianne came and cleaned my house and not only was she sweet and wonderful to have at my house, she did a fantastic job cleaning. I highly recommend Fresh Look Home Cleaning!
Set up a deep clean as a gift for a friend in Jacksonville after having a baby. Josh, the owner, was kind, professional, friendly, quick to respond and made the entire process such a breeze. The consultation and booking process was simple and streamlined and he made it very clear how much pride he takes in his…
I have an immense attitude of gratitude toward Fresh Look Home Cleaning. I hired them for a Deep Clean. I have a calm, cool, and collected but heavy shedding Shepsky dog (Shepherd-Husky Mix). I recently experienced a health crisis and required help from various professionals to begin living my new normal. Among…
Caressa and Alexandra did a great job on my home. They were prompt and very professional. They are very good at their job.
Melissa was not only on time, she was a little early which was great! She was super friendly and extremely professional and courteous. The owner Josh was super communicative, professional and always responded when I called or texted. The cleaning was superior. Everything was done perfectly and I couldn’t be happier.
Caressa did a deep cleaning at my son’s home and not only was the house spotless but it smelled wonderfully clean. Great job Caressa
Carmen helped me out today and left my apartment spotless and smelling amazing! Josh was also great on the phone and very attentive to detail which is necessary when finding someone to clean your home!
Carmen did an excellent job on short notice to help with my 3/2 apartment move out clean! She didn’t rush through the cleaning and took the time to get things right. Would definitely use this service again!
If there was a Nobel Prize for cleaning, Serena should get it. She's a GENIUS and Josh (FLHC owner) is the best!!
Serena, is the best. She has a great attitude and makes sure to go the extra mile.
Carmen was on time and did a great job cleaning the house. She was very respectful and professional.
Awesome service
Caressa was on time, professional, friendly and best of all...made everything sparkle. She went above and beyond by cleaning the floor on her hands & knees to get the buildup of cleaning product residue from over the years, of this rental property. Definitely recommend and will use services again
This is the best deep cleaning I’ve ever experience. Sonya went above and beyond what
We own an RV that was in pretty bad shape. We lent it to two young guys while they went to school, worked and got back on their feet for about a year and a half but they did not clean it or do any up-keeping. I had been recommended an RV cleaning company that was supposed to be some of the best in the business but…
Serena was absolutely amazing! Having 3 kids a husband and a dog, my home is no easy feat! However, she did not leave until my home was spotless. She missed nothing! Will definitely be continuing services! The owner, Josh, was so accomodating and squeezed us in ASAP! I can tell he is passionate about his business…
My wife and I had renters who left our home an absolute wreck. Josh took care of us with an initial move out clean for them. We then took care of fixing all the things the tenants had destroyed. I call Josh and tell him “I know it’s last minute but is there anyway you can work us in?” Needing it in a few days.…
After we did an extensive renovation on our house, we went to move in and found the painters had gotten paint smudges all over our brand new tile floor. We had a cleaning service come in and spent a ridiculous amount of money, to only have the floors look the same when they were done. Frustrated, I started searching…
This company was absolutely amazing to work with. Not only did they pull off the almost impossible but they did an amazing job as well.
Fantastic service!!!! Josh is awesome and Serena did an amazing job. I highly recommend.
Josh & Alexis we’re awesome. They were there when we needed them the most. It has been kaos moving into my first home and they were there for me and fit me in when i had no one else that would go out of there way to help me get what i needed done. Josh and Serena did a fantastic job! When there was a slight hiccup, Josh immediately went to resolving the issue and left me a happy customer. Highly recommend these guys!
What can I say, this place was just simply amazing!! I called and it just so happens they had a cancelation and were able to get me right in!! I was shocked!! Deep clean my office, in my town it was the best.
Very pleasantly surprised with how quickly they responded and how easy it was to schedule with them. And the young woman that showed up was fantastic. She had no problem working around us, and enjoyed playing with our dogs, and we definitely look forward to having them come back again soon!
Exceptional cleaning! We had our house deep cleaned by Josh’s team while we were on vacation. We came home to a spotless house. Our shower looked brand new - I had lost hope it would ever look clean. There’s only so much that cleaning products can do; you have to pair it with elbow grease and hard work. Which is…
I used Fresh Look Home Cleaning for a last minute deep clean on my house. Couldn't find anyone since I needed it done so quick and after speaking with Josh even though he was fully booked he was able to work me into his schedule and got it done. I highly recommend Fresh Look!! I am beyond pleased with Serena, Marcus and Audria and the job they did cleaning this house. They completed the job in a very timely manner. The owner Josh listened to my needs and my concerns and made sure they were addressed. We will be using them on a regular basis.
This review is a bit long winded but it truly describes the amazing customer service and cleaning I received from Fresh Look Home Cleaning! Fresh Home basically absolutely saved me this week. I had family members from out of state coming to stay with me and two days prior to their arrival I dislocated my shoulder…

Samantha and her team did an amazing job!
It's always refreshing to work with a business that is actually personable. After hurting my back and being unable to clean for quite awhile, my house was a complete wreck. I fully expected nobody to take on the job, but Josh and his crew not only took the job, but far exceeded all expectations. I cannot recommend…
