Trish came to the house for a deep clean. When we booked we requested someone who knew dogs as we have a dog who’s not great with new people. Not only did Trish do AMAZING with our dog, she was very friendly and professional and cleaned the house top to bottom. We could not be happier with the job Trish did on the…
Very professional and thorough. I’m so happy with their cleaning!
I just want to give a huge shoutout to Fresh Look Home Cleaning for consistently providing amazing service. Their customer service is excellent and really makes the whole experience smooth and pleasant. A special thanks to Bethany who did an incredible job with our initial deep clean. She was so thorough and really…
Courtney is a star! We love having her.
We love our Courtney. We have had her for a good while. Leah too. Great company, great services, very professional and accommodating
Fresh look does a fine job. I have been very impressed with our cleaner and the professionalism she has . Serena works very hard to maintain our place . I would recommend them to anyone
Serena is a gem! Her attention to detail is unmatched — she doesn’t just clean, she cares. You can feel it in the way she treats your home, like it’s her own. Every surface, corner, and room gets thoughtful attention, and it makes such a difference. What truly sets Serena apart is her consistency and commitment. No…
Ruth did a stupendous job! She was personable and and thorough! The pricing was great!!! Definitely 10/10! I highly recommend!!
Such an amazing job. I believe the employee was named Courtney. She showed up on time and I believe worked straight through for 9 hours. Everything was so clean and it left my partner and I feeling like we had our home back! Will do again.
We are super happy with the cleaning service provided by Adreana. She did a thorough job cleaning the room that were requested, and even agreed to do a little more than what we originally had asked. I would definitely recommend!
From my first call to them to the cleaning of my house everything was perfect Josh’s good disposition to help and Guilia’s expertise in cleaning made my life so much easier. Thank you so much
Lisa was my home cleaner moved out and she made everything effortless even while I was moving out and she was amazing with my two dogs thank you so much the time it took was well worth it only with that time can you do such great detail will be using and referring.
The team was wonderful - a polite and courteous duo - and they worked very well together to get the house clean.
I can not tell you how thrilled I am that I found Josh and that he then connected me with his supervisor Serena. She has been the biggest blessing to me since we met. I am an extremely clean and OCD person and ever since my car accident it’s been very, very hard to keep up. I have a family with 5 animals and it’s a…
Great company starting with owner/customer service. My cleaning lady Caressa was amazing she worked her fanny off and went beyond the call of duty.
Melissa who was my cleaner was amazing and did a wonderful job. I will have this service on a regular basis
If there was a Nobel Prize for cleaning, Serena should get it. She's a GENIUS and Josh (FLHC owner) is the best!!
Serena, is the best. She has a great attitude and makes sure to go the extra mile.
I ONLY HAVE 5 STARS TO GIVE THIS COMPANY!! Property manager that I am, I had an urgent need. The owner of this business phoned me back right away. I was able to get an appointment with them that day. The service was greatly appreciated by my residents. The crew was kind, on time, and did an AMAZING job cleaning.…
My wife and I had renters who left our home an absolute wreck. Josh took care of us with an initial move out clean for them. We then took care of fixing all the things the tenants had destroyed. I call Josh and tell him “I know it’s last minute but is there anyway you can work us in?” Needing it in a few days.…
Josh and Serena did a fantastic job! When there was a slight hiccup, Josh immediately went to resolving the issue and left me a happy customer. Highly recommend these guys!
This company is awesome. They were professional and friendly. Andria and Caressa worked hard and they were thorough. Josh had such a ‘can-do’ attitude about his business, customer satisfaction and his staff. You really can’t do better than this company. We are so lucky to have them in the Jacksonville/St. Augustine area.
Very pleasantly surprised with how quickly they responded and how easy it was to schedule with them. And the young woman that showed up was fantastic. She had no problem working around us, and enjoyed playing with our dogs, and we definitely look forward to having them come back again soon!
I work full-time and travel on business. My place was disorganized, in need of a deep cleaning, and undivided attention. Kristi and Paisley from Fresh Look Home Cleaning did an AMAZING job!! I will DEFINITELY be using this service again! Thank you so much 💓 LaTasha
I came home to a home that I barely recognized… My house looked like it did the very first day I moved in!!! I am beyond satisfied with my service… from the very first phone call that I had with Josh (He is very caring and compassionate all while being very professional) to meeting my cleaner Serrina (whom was also…
It's always refreshing to work with a business that is actually personable. After hurting my back and being unable to clean for quite awhile, my house was a complete wreck. I fully expected nobody to take on the job, but Josh and his crew not only took the job, but far exceeded all expectations. I cannot recommend…
