This team is amazing. They do a fabulous and thorough job. Even came out in the rain and kept their appointment. I was waiting for a "reschedule" text. Nope, showed up, did the job as usual. Highly recommend these guys.

Absolute game changer! I used to dread "landmine duty" every weekend, but this service has reclaimed my backyard. They are incredibly reliable, professional, and thorough—I haven’t spotted a single missed mess since they started. It’s such a relief to let the kids and dogs run around without worrying. I love having Fresh Start handle the dirty business for me! They literally come rain or shine. I would recommend their deodorizer that they offer, it smells great! And the picture of the gate closure when they leave is a great peace of mind.

Thanks for the service, we really appreciate it!

I didn't even know this was a service available, but man, am I glad we found it. The owners were quick to respond to my request, and I had someone at my house within 36 hours with the first service. Thank you.

Prompt and nice

Amazing service!! Much needed service very easy and convenient to get started.

We used Fresh Start for a couple of years and it was worth every penny. They came twice a week, were very reliable, good communication, and the prices were very reasonable. The only reason we no longer use them is because we are moving out of state. Definitely recommend if you hate this chore as much as I do.

Did a awesome job on the yard. They texted me when they arrive and texted me with a picture of the gate closed.

Super reasonable price, quick, friendly, and so awesome! With multiple dogs, we're just never able to keep up. I'm so grateful for this service!

I’ve been pleased with their service. They communicate well and always close the gate.

The first few services to remove the dog waste from my yard were far from stellar. After my complaints I was offered a free treatment the following week; it wasn't great but was adequate. I am used to seeing a 'poop scoop' removal company, do a grid of the yard and following a line as if they were doing a search for… Read full review

So glad to have gone with Fresh Start. They were quick and did a great job! We have three dogs and got the deodorizer too. I appreciate the photo confirming they closed and locked the gate behind them when they left.

They did the dirty work so I came home to a clean yard that didnt stink anymore!!!

After seeing the great reviews, we got a quote. Already very happy with the Services and signed up. Looking forward to not having to worry about it this summer!!!

Doug showed up promptly during the time frame I was given, and kept me updated via text through the whole process! I had more… waste than expected, but Doug was extremely helpful and removed it all!! I got to talk with him for a little bit as well. He was very understanding, kind, and friendly to talk to! I’m so… Read full review

I recently began using Fresh Start to clean up after my dog. Not only did the gentleman who came to my house do an excellent job, he arrived on time and texted me when he was headed my way. He was very polite and friendly. I use Fresh Start because I am disabled but I can certainly see how much time and energy… Read full review

These guys do great work! Talked to them Sunday and they came out Monday and serviced my yard within an hour. Great communication and punctuality. Weekly and bi-weekly service options

Guys cleaned the dog poop very well. They were very communicative & on time.

Convenient and professional. Switched to Fresh Start from a different local company. We had issues with the other company skipping service days because we were not always available to respond to them each time they came to confirm our dogs were indoors. This continued even after we let customer service know about… Read full review

Consistent quality service, convenient too!!

Have been prompt. Provides clear and timely windows for service. Provides proof of gate closed/locked

My yard is fresh again! The detail was everything because the grass had some older piles that had been missed. It didn’t seem that anything was missed. I walked the yard and was very impressed. I should have done before and after but my schedule didn’t allow for it.

Wonderful! Always on time, does an amazing job and always so friendly. It’s a pleasure having them come every week and my yard thanks them for it too!! Thank you for all you do

They are awesome! I have 3 large dogs so the pile was getting to be massive. They came in and cleaned up our entire yard. Now my dogs have a clean space to run around. Thank you
