Bradley from Friendly Pest Solutions is hands-down the best tech I’ve ever worked with. He does great work and takes the time to explain everything. Why the bugs are showing up, where they’re coming from, and exactly what he’s doing to fix it and keep them out. His follow-up and customer service are top-notch. I…

The tech was very knowledgeable...helpful..he knew his stuff..no fluff and zero antics in regards to beefing up the company's profit by selling me what I don't need..I liked him and his mom..respectfully
Friendly Pest Solutions, specifically their guy Ben, did a fantastic job removing a dead rodent from our walls and the subsequent fly infestation. He professional and punctual and was easy to get ahold of and communicate with. They were able to remove the rodent and seal the crawl space and roof for points of entry.…

I have been very impressed with the services of Friendly Pest control. Their staffs specially Isabel and JD is both polite, professional and fun to work with. The various staffs that I have interacted with are very courteous and accommodative. Natalie's services on the help desk is also commendable. Highly recommend to use their service. Thanks Kal D
Elvis did an excellent job and covered all the areas in and out. He also addressed all my concerns. I have recommended Elvis to my neighbors and friends. He addressed two of my recommendations on the same day that he serviced and addressed my needs.
Friendly Pest Control is an extermination company that you can trust, given my experience. They were professional, warm and thorough. I can recommend them, especially since a few other companies were just not suitable.
Great customer service going above and beyond for their customers
Amazing service, professional and reliable! Had these guys come out when we were hearing scratching in our wall. They set up traps and did their thing. A day later we began to smell a foul odor and called them up. JD came out and found a Possum in our wall and one (or a few) who were already decomposing. He also…
Extremely professional across the board. From my initial contact with the office staff to the field crew. They took the time to explain every detail of their service before and after. Their service was rendered at an office building I own and my tenant called me to tell how pleased they were with the friendliness…

JD with Friendly Pest Solutions came out extremely fast, he was courteous, friendly, and knew his trade very well, I was impressed. He spent almost 2 hours taking care of our concerns and fully explaining everything he did, which is longer than the total amount of time our previous company spent over a period of 2…
