Emmanuel has been our technician through a very difficult time and he went above and beyond us and has been so friendly and understanding. Friendly and professional as always!
K was excellent and thorough, identified and took care of all problem areas.
Mice in the attic. Didn’t try to upsale us. Just diagnosed the problem and got to work. Free estimate provided on first visit. Highlights for us were fair pricing, fast scheduling and a one year warranty on their work. They were a complete joy to work with from beginning to end. I highly recommend.
Terrible job done on closing the outside holes on my house and the problem returned.
Elvis was awesome! He calls to check in before the appointment. He is thorough with treating our house. Update: We had Elvis out for a quarterly - Rob was not available. Elvis was so understanding and got to the bottom of our bug issue. I cannot say enough good things about the Friendly Pest Solutions team! I am so glad I found them.
Our technician was professional, knowledgeable and personable. Highly recommend!
He did a great job!
The service we have received has been amazing and the costs have been extremely fair. Everyone who I’ve dealt with in the office when I call has been kind and very responsive. There is excellent customer service, which is hard to find anywhere these days. The technician who came out to see us is Elvis. He is very…
Elvis was outstanding! Thorough and very detailed oriented. Did his inspection and explained the issue. Explained the plan to fix it and immediately started to address the problem. Very professional
This is a respectful, caring company that communicates EXTREMELY well. Family owned and pet friendly, which is very important to me and my children.
Friendly, personable and professional service. Johnathan was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions, and was friendly and not pushy about selling me extra add ons. We switched from a large national chain because we felt like we weren’t getting anything accomplished with rodent…
Bradley did a wonderful job on our quarterly service! Thanks Bradley!!!
Highly recommend for your quarterly pest control services. If you ever need help or have an issue, they are quick to help.
JD is a lifesaver ! After struggling with a rodent situation for over a month, we asked for the help of the supervisors within the company. JD inspected the house for over an hour, kept open communication, was very understanding and empathetic. He was as happy as we were today that we caught the last one ! I want to…
We have used Friendly Pest Solutions going on 3 years now. The staff are very pleasant and professional. They have done an amazing job keeping our home on the inside and outside bug free. I would Highly recommend Freindly Pest Solutions.. Thank you
Rob emailed me prior to his arrival and was on time. He serviced both the inside of my home, my garage and the outside perimeter. Then he knocked on door and provided a verbal report. All the things an owner would want and appreciate. Thank you, Rob!
We had a problem with a roof rat and Rob our technician came and looked over everything, gave us a estimate, and completed the work as scheduled with excellent results. Would highly recommend friendly pest solutions and technician Rob.
Kris was fantastic! Explained everything, the process, what to expect. Very pleased with level of knowledge and professionalism. Will continue to use Friendly Pest Solutions in the future.
Audrey was great, worked with me to communicate status, and was flexible while I was on vacation.
He is hard working, Contentious and thorough. I have confidence his strategies will eliminate the issues! Would highly recommend

The tech was very knowledgeable...helpful..he knew his stuff..no fluff and zero antics in regards to beefing up the company's profit by selling me what I don't need..I liked him and his mom..respectfully
Rob was very diligent, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
I am very happy with friendly pest solutions…thanks for doing such a great job…
Rob was on time and worked quickly to begin getting rid of rats in the attic. He came back to check traps as he promised. I'm very pleased with service from Friendly Pest Solutions.
Appointment scheduled quickly Technician Kris was friendly knowledgeable respectful professional we are at beginning of process but so far everything discussed has been done on time with updates and follow through hoping for successful permanent removal of problem Update several visits later and Kris continues to be…
Very thorough inspection of property. Rob was very polite and considerate and explained the process to me. Hopefully, the traps will work and I'll be critter free soon.
We won't use any other pest control company. They are wonderful. Jonathan comes to our house and has helped us immensely.
Have mice & squirrels, which freaks me out. The tech K came out & explained the procedures & everything they'd afterwards too. Very informative, helpful & a really nice person. I'd recommend them. We'll see how it turns out!
I'll admit, I was a bit apprehensive about the pest control service I may get due to the name. I learned I was way off base. Jonathan Kuck was one of the most friendly, respectful people I've ever had work on my house and him and some others did a great job over the last few weeks to make sure animals could no…
Elvis is always great to deal with, he’s very professional and knowledgeable. I always look forward to his service when coming to my house.
I was not at the place, but he did call me and he said he could just do the outside. I said that would work.
Elvis is the absolute best pest control person we have ever had. He is honest, follows up and answer any questions. Additionally, he is always willing to help and go the extra mile. Thank you Elvis and thank you Friendly Pest Solutions!
Johnathan was punctual, knowledgeable and clear at communicating with what the company would charge, what they would do to identify and remove my pests. I was really impressed with the confidence I felt and the results with this company. Johnathan is great asset to this company and the company does a great service. Thank you.
Ely and her team’s service and professionalism is unsurpassed.
Friendly Pest Solutions was professional and courteous throughout all my interactions with them and their tech Elvis. They were knowledgeable and efficient with their service and I have no doubt that our wildlife problem will be resolved in its entirety. Thank you!
I’ve been using Friendly Pest Solutions for a few years now. Elvis has been fantastic in working with us to get rid of rodents. We also used them to tent a couple years ago after finding termites in our old bungalow. Today Ellie came to do a termite follow up treatment. Communication is always great, from front…
Haven’t seen a bug IN THE HOUSE SENSE. Very friendly
Elvis was excellent, patient and very professional. I highly recommend your services, although I do hope never to need it for obvious pest reasons.
Friendly pet solutions was professional, well informed and took their time to explain the whole process. Adrian was thorough, Chuck explained the process beforehand, and Mo discovered our issue that many other pest control companies overlooked,
Amazing company and service....highly-qualified and will be my forever pest control company
I have been very impressed with the services of Friendly Pest control. Their staffs specially Isabel and JD is both polite, professional and fun to work with. The various staffs that I have interacted with are very courteous and accommodative. Natalie's services on the help desk is also commendable. Highly recommend to use their service. Thanks Kal D
I have forgotten to post a review, I guess. This place has a reasonable quarterly price in comparison to Orkin's, which is more for every two months. At any rate, they sealed up my house against rodents and come out and do their job w/ accountability (I never even _saw_ Orkin; they had very poor communication).
JD went out of his way to accommodate me with my sudden bee issue. I have bee using them for years now for pest control and have only the best things to say!
JD came out and removed two rodents in my attic, checked for entrances and rebated my traps. I have only recently switched to their service as they provide the most comprehensive service around - and all at a reasonable rate. I am delighted with their promptness and service.
Elvis did an excellent job and covered all the areas in and out. He also addressed all my concerns. I have recommended Elvis to my neighbors and friends. He addressed two of my recommendations on the same day that he serviced and addressed my needs.
Great customer service going above and beyond for their customers
Very professional, handled our problem quickly and completely. Explained everything upfront. We were extremely satisfied, I highly recommend their services. We will definitely reach out to them with any future needs.
Extremely professional across the board. From my initial contact with the office staff to the field crew. They took the time to explain every detail of their service before and after. Their service was rendered at an office building I own and my tenant called me to tell how pleased they were with the friendliness…
I sought the services of Friendly Pest Solutions after receiving an estimate of $1200 from a major pest control company. They felt that it was necessary to include sealing off every possible entry point. Whew! What a relief to receive Friendly's estimate of $250 that truly focused on getting rid of the rodents! Success!!! Thanks, Friendly Pest Solutions!
I saw the good reviews about this pest control company and I was in need of help ASAP! Someone reached out to me the next day after I posted on Yelp that I needed some service. They were very professional and kind on the phone. Once the pest control man came out and inspected my rodent troubles he set up traps in…
These folks are great! I got to know them when I had a rat problem, and I now use them for termite control. Elvis was over today to do his inspection. Smart. Organized. Easy to work with. And comfortable with dogs. I had to hang onto mine to keep her from following him home.
David Peralta is the best! After hearing squeaking and scampering in the attic, we called around looking for rodent removal quotes. The very next day, David from Friendly Pest Solutions arrived ready to work. David thoroughly inspected the property for entry points to patch and seal, set traps, and regularly…

This pest service company is always professional and extremely knowledgeable! They go above and beyond to treat us like we were their family and it’s always a pleasure to have them at our home. I highly recommend this service and especially Elvis, who is a fantastic human being!
This company was great. I would use again.
JD with Friendly Pest Solutions came out extremely fast, he was courteous, friendly, and knew his trade very well, I was impressed. He spent almost 2 hours taking care of our concerns and fully explaining everything he did, which is longer than the total amount of time our previous company spent over a period of 2…
I've always done my own test control, so it was a hard pill to swallow to py someone else to do it. BUT - I'm thoroughly pleased. They really exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond. They even scheduled a quick follow-up visit to make sure everything was fine. The office staff were super friendly,…
Honest people! JD took his time to explain everything he did and why. He listened to all my concerns which was very important to me and took care of them. Very respectful and followed all CDC covid 19 guidelines so we were comfortable. I will def be doing business with them in the future. Completely satisfied!
