Maikel was incredibly professional and did an amazing job in our home. After just moving in, we discovered that our carpets had a lot of pet urine stains. Maikel got them all up and it’s like the carpets are new again. I’d absolutely recommend.
Wow, Full Steam Ahead knocked my socks off, again and again! I didn't believe the carpet in our rental unit would come clean again. The carpet actually looks new. Maikel with Full Steam Ahead Carpet Care was very responsive and got the job done promptly and efficiently! I am SUPER impressed with the attention to detail, stain removal, and the most importantly the way my carpet looks better than brand new. I will 1000% be using this company again and adding to my vendor list

Excellent service from the moment I got the email confirmation, down to when to expect Maikel. He was easy to talk to, super professional, fast but detailed, and cares about his service.
Maikel did a great job! Our carpets, sectional couch and rug looks show room new. Also provided good tips on how to best treat minor spills in the future. Excellent customer service and quality treatments and at a very fair price. Highly recommend!
Absolutely the best service and quality.
Thank you! The carpets look amazing---we had several dark spots that we tried everything to remove and Full Steam Ahead did it! Thank you again.
Our carpet had seen potty training a toddler, 2 cats, general chaos of a child and had even a fresh purple paint stain. It was like new in an hour and a half. His set up is impressive and high quality equipment. The best way to contact him is through text but once I figured that out, he was very responsive and let…

Great guy, great service!
Best carpet service I’ve ever had. Maikel is passionate about doing what’s right for the customer, helped me understand the process and how it would benefit us and why we wouldn’t need him as often as other carpet cleaning services. The quality of the work is superb and our carports feel, look and smell new again.…

Maikel came to clean our stairs and 4 rooms. He was extremely professional and even showed up on time. I highly recommend him! It’s a bonus that he is affordable and his quality is way better than Stanley Steamers or another chain! I have already referred him to my neighborhood!!
Excellent results! We thought we would have to replace carpets soon due to pet and 15 years of use, however, after Full Steam Ahead completed the cleaning our carpets Look, Feel, and Smell like new!
Maikel was fantastic! He steamed a sectional, a loveseat, dry cleaned a velvet sectional and steamed a carpeted room. I originally requested only a sectional and carpeted room but after we started talking about my other furniture, he gave us pricing and offered to do the other sectional & loveseat as well! I was…
Everything was on time and perfect!
Support local companies! He did a precise job, cleaned and applied protectant to our whole house. Also cleaned our couch. We have dogs. Got all the smell out. Showed up on time, worked very thoroughly. Great job!!

Maikel is a true professional in this service. Scheduling was clear, pricing was fair, and the outcome was more than expected! I highly recommend Full Steam Ahead! We have had the same wool rugs and chairs cleaned numerous times by big name cleaning companies in Austin. I assumed the stains would never come out. Full Steam Ahead is the first company to make the rugs and chairs look brand new. Plus their price was 1/2 or less of competitors. Will definitely recommend and use again!
Even though they ran behind schedule (not their fault), they did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets thoroughly and quickly! Way better than another company I have used before. Very happy with the quality of service.
I screened several cleaners before I found Full Steam Ahead. I have a small apartment with a dog and figured it would be challenging to get the stuffy, dog smell out. The crew knocked out the carpet in my bedroom and closet and the bathroom tile in less than an hour. Very impressed and the pet odors have been removed. Highly recommend and will use again!
Luis was here right on time. He was polite, professional, explained the cleaning process well and did an outstanding job! My carpets were heavily stained from my puppy Levi. Now the carpets look like new with no odor or residual staining. Luis also steamed areas of my tile floor. They had never been professional…
Gentleman showed up and got straight to work. Carpet had a lot of stains to the point I thought it had to be replaced. He got every stain out of carpet. I will use again because of the good price.
Luis did a wonderful job cleaning the carpets in the entire house. He was on time, thorough, careful with equipment and answered all of my questions. I will definitely call Full Steam Ahead next time I need carpets cleaned.
I was able to conveniently schedule online. Communication throughout the process was clear and reliable. Maikel contacted me when he arrived (on time) and let me when they were all done. The carpets looked great. I highly recommend Full Steam Ahead Carpet Care!
These guys are the best. Incredibly friendly and did the whole place (one bedroom apartment) in less than an hour. Would definitely recommend!
We were having trouble finding a steam cleaning company that had availability less than 3 weeks out. I was SO lucky to have called Mikael right after he had gotten a cancellation for the next day. He was very friendly, responsive, patient with answering all my questions and showed up the next morning exactly when…
We recently had Maikel with Full Steam Ahead clean our carpet and sofa, and we were thrilled with the work he did. Not only is he friendly and professional, he is very passionate about what he does. He educated us on the methods he was using, and left our carpet looking brand new. We looking forward to using him again, and highly recommend his service.
I received great service. Maikel takes real pride in the service he offers and does a first rate job. He was on time, thorough and efficient. Carpet looks great!
This was done by the owner of the company showing up at your front door and does a great job with state of the art Equipment. Also had my front door area grouting cleared.
