Maikel was incredibly professional and did an amazing job in our home. After just moving in, we discovered that our carpets had a lot of pet urine stains. Maikel got them all up and it’s like the carpets are new again. I’d absolutely recommend.
Had 2 bedrooms with pet stains and 1 area rug cleaned. Mikael was communicative before, during and after the scheduled job- responsive and attentive. I am thrilled with the results and pricing was fair and competitive.
Maikel was awesome—super communicative, efficient, and did great work! Will absolutely use them again.
Great service, I would highly recommend. They arrived on time and we’re done quickly and efficiently and they did a great job.
Reasonable price for great work. I’ll be using this service again. Been a repeat customer for 3 years now. Maikel always does a great job. Support your local small business owners!

Maikel came to clean our stairs and 4 rooms. He was extremely professional and even showed up on time. I highly recommend him! It’s a bonus that he is affordable and his quality is way better than Stanley Steamers or another chain! I have already referred him to my neighborhood!!
The owner, Maikel, shot us a text to let us know he was on his way and came on time. We were scheduled to have our hallway, master bedroom and walk-in closet cleaned as we have 2 new puppies who are potty training and have had a couple of accidents. The carpets smell SO good, are super clean and fluffy and took less…
Excellent results! We thought we would have to replace carpets soon due to pet and 15 years of use, however, after Full Steam Ahead completed the cleaning our carpets Look, Feel, and Smell like new!
I screened several cleaners before I found Full Steam Ahead. I have a small apartment with a dog and figured it would be challenging to get the stuffy, dog smell out. The crew knocked out the carpet in my bedroom and closet and the bathroom tile in less than an hour. Very impressed and the pet odors have been removed. Highly recommend and will use again!
Luis was here right on time. He was polite, professional, explained the cleaning process well and did an outstanding job! My carpets were heavily stained from my puppy Levi. Now the carpets look like new with no odor or residual staining. Luis also steamed areas of my tile floor. They had never been professional…
Gentleman showed up and got straight to work. Carpet had a lot of stains to the point I thought it had to be replaced. He got every stain out of carpet. I will use again because of the good price.
These guys are the best. Incredibly friendly and did the whole place (one bedroom apartment) in less than an hour. Would definitely recommend!
Could not believe that old carpet could come that clean. Great job!!
On time and professional. He explained everything ahead of time so that I knew what to expect. The rug came out great and the chairs look fresh again.
Maikel did an amazing job for a super affordable price! We originally bought a bissel carpet cleaner to clean up toddler and pet messes and it left a gross cleaner smell in some areas of our carpet. When I got home after Maikel cleaned our carpets it smelled so fresh and clean and the carpet looked good as new! Would definitely use him again! 😊
