Maikel did a great job! Our carpets, sectional couch and rug looks show room new. Also provided good tips on how to best treat minor spills in the future. Excellent customer service and quality treatments and at a very fair price. Highly recommend!
I highly recommend Maikel. He is professional and punctual. Our carpets came out looking great!
Maikel was very courteous and helpful when I wasn't sure what I wanted to have done. He cleaned several wool area rugs, a couch, two chairs, and an ottoman, and I was really pleased by the results - everything looked even better than I had hoped. The couch especially amazed me. It's old, and its color and texture…
I have a new mid century couch! It was in storage for years after being abused by my sweet pup. It looks as good as I bought it (before adoption❤️🐶)
Maikel was so so nice and professional. He made our old couch look and smell brand new. I highly recommend using him for any cleaning!
These gentlemen did an outstanding job! I’ve worked with Maikel before and always make sure to call him whenever we need a deep cleaning. They were punctual, professional, had amazing workmanship and made sure to communicate throughout the process. Solid job, and would not hesitate using them over and over. Would…
Great guy, great service!
Maikel was great! On time, great communication, and my couch looks brand new.
Best carpet service I’ve ever had. Maikel is passionate about doing what’s right for the customer, helped me understand the process and how it would benefit us and why we wouldn’t need him as often as other carpet cleaning services. The quality of the work is superb and our carports feel, look and smell new again.…
Mikeal cleaned my sectional sofa and all the tile in my house. He was over and above the best person I’ve ever had over here to do something like this. Great job.
Maikel is excellent at his craft! My couch looks brand new! Easy communication and scheduling!
Mikail was incredibly professional and punctual. Very friendly service!
Maikel was fantastic! He steamed a sectional, a loveseat, dry cleaned a velvet sectional and steamed a carpeted room. I originally requested only a sectional and carpeted room but after we started talking about my other furniture, he gave us pricing and offered to do the other sectional & loveseat as well! I was…
Support local companies! He did a precise job, cleaned and applied protectant to our whole house. Also cleaned our couch. We have dogs. Got all the smell out. Showed up on time, worked very thoroughly. Great job!!
Mikael was awesome! Quick, fast and efficient
I highly recommend Full Steam Ahead! We have had the same wool rugs and chairs cleaned numerous times by big name cleaning companies in Austin. I assumed the stains would never come out. Full Steam Ahead is the first company to make the rugs and chairs look brand new. Plus their price was 1/2 or less of competitors. Will definitely recommend and use again!
The pictures speak for themselves! I tried my luck buying a heavily used West Elm couch for a very good price to see if I could get it cleaned up and full of life again. Maikel made it like new! So so happy with the end product. We referred him to our neighbors who also loved him and were very happy with his work.…

Based on my experience, if you want your cleaning done right the first time call Full Steam Ahead. The service was excellent and the owner/technician was very knowledgeable. He believes it is important to use the right products and technique. He removed pet stains and when finished our carpet looked like new. I highly recommend this firm.
We are so happy with the way our rugs and grout look! 100% recommend Full Steam Ahead!
On time and professional. He explained everything ahead of time so that I knew what to expect. The rug came out great and the chairs look fresh again.
Maikel was so nice, professional, efficient and thorough. I am SO glad I had him come to clean my sofa and a small wool area rug. I’ve never been more pleased with a house call service. Put me on the books for every six months from now on. And one of the best parts—it didn’t leave anything smelling like chemicals. Thank you so much!!!
Excellent service! I highly recommend Maikel Guerrero and will definitely call him again when I have carpet or upholstery cleaning needs.
